Company responded well but their courier service lost the delivery twice. Company sent out further supplies but due to poor service from courier the item arrived very late. Company did its best to resolve issue but might want to rethink which courier service they use.

That’s not the experience I want any customer to have. I really appreciate your patience throughout, and I’m glad we were able to keep sending replacements and do our best to get everything resolved in the end. Your feedback is completely fair, and courier reliability is something I review regularly as a small business. Unfortunately, when you're not sending huge quantities of parcels the bigger companies aren't keen to support so it means I'm a bit limited. Hopefully as the business grows I'll be able to access more reliable companies. Thank you again for your understanding and for recognising that we did all we could to put things right.

Great bird seed with no waste.
I got the free sample which the birds devoured very quickly so I have now signed up for a subscription. I love the way there is no waste unlike other seed mixes which always have the wheat and maize left. The birds eat every bit of this mix so there is nothing left. The seed mix is made up depending on the season. Also it comes in a paper bag which is eco friendly. I thoroughly recommend this bird seed and so do the birds!!

Missing delivery
Usually my bird food is delivered promptly but on a couple of occasions I had a bird food delivery go missing. When I contact the company it deals with it quickly and efficiently.

Happy Birds!
My children and I have loved watching the birds flock to our garden having used this bird feed for years. And it’s not just the amount of birds now, but the variety. We are treated to all sorts of beautiful birds!

Love this stuff
Recently gave a packet of this to my boyfriend, he used to only get pigeons. Within hours we had seen robins, tits, collared doves, magpies, wrens, chaffinch…I swear the birds communicate and let each other know where the good food is 🤣

My birds did not eat the seed in fact it looked like chaff. I left it in the bird feeder for 2 weeks and had to throw it away

It can sometimes take a little while for garden birds to get used to a new food source, especially if they’re familiar with a different type of seed. In many cases, it can take a few weeks for them to build confidence and return regularly.
To avoid the spread of disease, we recommend refreshing food every few days, particularly during the wet weather we’ve had recently, as it can spoil quickly if left for a couple of weeks.
Our blends are made without low-quality fillers like wheat, millet and maize, so they can look a little different from standard mixes. We use only high-quality, nutritious food that birds will come back to once they recognise it as a reliable source. The mix sent to you in early March was made up of sunflower hearts, chopped peanuts, plenty of suet and dried mealworms and a little oyster shell grit, all suitable for the time of year.
A 225g free sample isn’t always enough for birds to establish a feeding pattern-we’d be happy to offer free shipping on a bigger bag if you wanted to give us a try. Please feel free to email info@alittlebirdcompany.co.uk if you’d like more support.

I’m desperate to give my birds the very best whilst also supporting small businesses. Clare has been brilliant but, even buying a special feeder, my little feather friends left well alone and only the squirrel benefited. Great product
Great product - the little birds love this feed & there is much less waste compared to other seed mixes. I've now chosen a subscription as it's good value & seed mix is very heavy to carry back from the shops! Packaging is very strong & delivery is reliable.
