I Really like the program- But beware of funny charges unasked for
I Really like the program. HOWEVER, I was charged for a renewal I never asked for. And when I tried to ask for a refund, my words fell on deaf ears. I asked for a cancellation of the product, and that went no where.
This put me in a precarious financial situation.
I would like a complete refund.
there are other software company's that do the same program as yours does.

Fraudulent company. they took money from my credit card. never signed up for the service. they took total 3 payments - the last one over £70 for a service I never used. they refuse to give me refund

Not all photos look like the person in the photo you submit.
It’s nice to see the photos in motion (like a Harry Potter) scene.
Customer service isn’t the best. It’s like the photos (hit and miss).
The reviews on the charges are right on! I had over 30 coins removed right before my eyes and customer service basically said it was tough! One service rep saw multiple coins another said they were
Gone.
They don’t return coins you spend on the pictures that don’t look like your photo… but have no problem stripping you of the tokens in your account!
