I purchased the product/service online; it exceeded my expectations. I needed some restored pictures for a 54-year Reunion and the results were prefect. I had an issue with billing which I presented to Customer Service and it was RESOLVED in one day!

I selected an offer for a trial subscription of $0.99 for one month and I my credit card was billed $27.45. I then sent a request for cancellation, the web showed my subscription was cancelled and no refund came. Beware that this is a Cyprus based company.

IT'S GETTING WORSE: I am unable to contact with the link provided in the reply to request a refund. But I get a message that says "OOPS! your email is not recognized. My email may not be recognized but the charge is still there in spite of cancellation. Please beware. Fortunately, I bank with Chase and they are good at removing fraudulent charges.

Brings life into photo memories, love it!

I have been charged 3 different astronomical fees by this company with no authorization or disclosure and now they are skirting my emails about refunds due to their no refund policy. I was charged 94.00 in March and again in May and then 106.00 in July. I am reporting this to my financial institution and doing a chargeback and will go from there. This site is a ripoff at best with no way to contact any support person at all.

Avoid these CROOKS! Seriously that is what they are. They provide a TRIAL run and this is cool. ( be warned They have a weird pricing system made up by inmates of Rykers Island)
In any event I loved the sample .Then the madness began. I got charged $200. For what? I thought I just got a sample. And the sample itself DISAPPEARED!
