The time to order and the delivery time…
The time to order and the delivery time are very long. There was no option for expedited delivery. DHL informed me that a delivery would be made on Jan 24 I also signed a document indicating that my signature would not be required. DHL handed the package off to the USPS and they would not deliver without a signature. So today I picked up the package at the post office. I paid for this product and the shipping more than three weeks ago. Very disappointing and frustrating. We use this product routinely and we were without for a long time.
