Such a good experience! I delivered orders expected timeslot and in good condition. Nothing was broken, everything in their own package. I am appreciated that. I started to use items and all is good.

I like the the product
I like the the product, the shapes are beautiful. i appreciate the fast delivery. But some Soup bowels are the golden part where not properly polished. "Finishing part" not good. it seems used not new. but i still use them. hoppfully the production department will take to account this review and make better for the next.
i wish if i could put some pictures. but i couldn't see where to attach

Not recommended
Even though the products on their website are shown as in stock ,they never are ,you need to wait for month to receive them ,and they make you pay for the customs too.

Disgusting service
Disgusting service. I wait for my order more than 25 days, and I write them more than 3 time and after all that they cancel my order. Because no one understands English and it is impossible to communicate with them.

Bad quality, Fake Pictures, No full refund
I bought Carpet and Pans for total 120£. They had nothing to do with the pictures at all. I had to return them and had to pay nearly 20£ for return costs. After it arrived they gave me back only 58 pound. The delivery costed me 11 pound. So i should get back 109£. These are Scammers.
