Fantastic service, prompt delivery and I asked a question via email about my order and had a reply very quickly as well!

Had trouble sourcing a particular board game in time for Christmas. They had the item in stock and despatched to me within one week of placing the order.

Excellent and prompt service - very helpful in responding to a request for information.

Overall experience was good, though not perfect.
- Thomas was very helpful before I place my order to confirm that the items where in stock and the expected shipping duration. (+1 star).
- Package arrived safely (shipped to other side of Europe) with no damages (as expected).
- There was no shipping number in my order - just a "2nd class" note I could not use in any way. Tried to reach by mail and phone all-a-board with no luck for a few days. In the end I got a reply with the tracking number which clarified the situation. (-1 star)
- The total delivery time to Greece was 10 working days instead of ~4-5 as initially expected. (-1 star)

Total: 4/5.
I would order again.
Just take into account it's a small business and small delays can occur.

Genuinely I can't see that they could have done better. Price was better than the big boys.

So like some other reviewers here I had to approach this company I had never heard of with a level of scepticism (it is the Internet after all! ). What swayed my decision was that they accept PayPal. It simply added that level of security I was after.
Regarding price I am very happy.
The delivery was in the time frame I chose.
The only reason I've gone 4 instead of 5 stars. The board game was securely wrapped in brown paper but then no other protection. It did arrive undamaged but it's kind of like putting that outcome in the hands of the postal service.
Regardless i'll be happy to use all-a-board again!

The order was a good price, shipped quickly. They also helped sort out a piece that was missing from one game(not their fault, but they helped me talk to the publisher and sort it out). Overall a very good shop.

As somebody else mentioned somewhere, oredering from a new company can be risky. I decided to go for it as this company had a great deal on a hard to find game. So pleased i did. They delivered it within 48hrs as promised and it was packaged pretty well. No damage at all to the box. I was also worried as this was their last copy and thought it might be a bit shabby as a result, but i needn't have worried. Thanks.
