Snakes

I made a mistake and picked a contract without reading the full requirements. I bought one contract and prior to it expiring I found out that in order to get my 7,500 back I needed to buy 9 more at 7,500 each. I admit I rushed into it seeing the profit potential without reading the full contract. What I don't understand is they seem to feel that keeping all my money is fair. Charge a penalty or something but to take 7,500 because I screwed up seems excessive. Their customer service wants to preach to me about personal responsibility. Thanks. I took the hit but hopefully will save someone else from making the same mistake.
