All4O is an online shop for orienteering. Cheaper than the rest and with a great service. Orders usually take 7-10 days to Spain and customer service is really good.

I ordered my item six weeks ago. The tracking info was sent a day after. It didn’t leave the country for two weeks, and arrived in the states three days later. It’s been stuck ever since. I’ve emailed 3 times to no response, and called to no answer. You’ll see this pattern: if they lose time/ money they will ignore you. Can’t remember worse customer service. This review seems to be my only recourse for being out the money. Please do something to change my mind, and my review:Order 23604. Maybe it is best to just contact my bank. Five percent of the reviews are one star. Would you go to a restaurant if you had a one in 20 chance of getting sick?

It came faster than expected even though it was from eroupe to the united states

All the equipment I ordered from ALL4o.com was shipped in a timely manner and arrived in perfect condition. There was a hold up at the post office in Latvia, but it had nothing to do with the supplier. Everything I received was exactly as I expected it.

You sent me a damaged product. I sent the return to the store - to the address indicated on the website and within the time required by the regulations - the parcel was not received by you and has been waiting at the post office for almost two weeks. I live abroad and I can't come in person and tell you what I think about this. You have not responded to any of the emails I sent to you. No contact, no customer support or attempts to clarify the matter.
Unfortunately, this is my second negative experience with your store. Last time, only a complaint about a credit card transaction and the prospect of withdrawing the payment brought any reaction from you. I have never seen such an approach to customers in any other store.

I bought a new Siac. The battery isn't fully charged: It was only 75%. I sent an email to the seller, all4o, asking if there was some kind of warranty or support, but they never answered to me
