I didn't recieved my order and the the store doesn't answer to my emails

Fast service company had what I needed at a great price.

Was straight forwarded to order but tracking information showed that item had left Lativa but not arrived in the United Kingdom 3 weeks later. I e-mailed All4o to ask if such a delay was normal but never received a reply. The item did though arrive another week latter

Nothing to complain about, works like a good webshop should. The products that I ordered seem of good quality and the shipping was decently fast. Extra product samples to test out was a nice touch too. Thanks!

Good communication, good prices and quick delivering

Excellent service regarding the purchase and shipping. Unfortunately I never received a response to a cost estimate request (for the customization of a product) sent from the site and then also via email.

Order recived damaged as seen on the pictures attached, the package was packed with soft papar envelope and broke a part on the way and the control flags got wet and rusty. The package needed to be repackaging buy postal services in Israel that causes a delay reciveing the package. 10 damaged control flags became not useful.

Ordered a package with 25 control sleeves and it is currently sitting in Latvia somewhere probably ready to ship since Oct 26th, 2022. Numerous email request have gone unanswered and the phone number listed doesn/t work. Not sure what to do

Bought a pair of 3/4 trimtex orienteering pants in March 2022 from Australia. I received them in May 2022. Product was faulty (the pants were sheer (and see through) and was missing the outer thick lining).

I emailed the company with photos attached and did not receive a reply.

I saw the returns policy on their website and paid for the package to be sent to the returns address in Latvia in June. I included a copy of my original email and I was informed by Australia post the package had been delivered in July.

This package was returned to me in October with note stating ‘unclaimed’ and for the package to be returned to sender.

I emailed the company again twice and also contacted them via messenger on Facebook.

To date no one has responded to any of my messages.

I am very displeased with this company. Poor customer service and would discourage anyone to purchase items off their website.
