I am usually not one for ranting on the internet but horrible avoidant customer service. I never received the products I ordered but they have refused to respond to any of my messages regarding a refund or sending me the product. This is theft.

My family bought a Robomower costing €1,750 .this was a special birthday present. 1 season in use, developed serious issues, 3 year warranty, sent several emails requesting assistance in getting repaired.. no help whatsoever. Dead mower sitting in shed. Don’t deal with this company. Suppliers should not allow them to sell their goods, without after sales service.

NEVER RECEIVED ORDER!! LOST HALF OF THE MONEY
I have placed my order and long story short I paid 61 euros, and ended up, receiving a 35 euros refund WITHOUT receiving ANY products.
I just paid these guys 30 euros for NOTHING since they never delivered the products and I asked for a refund.
Really bad service and WOULD NOT recommend them.a

Scammers
Scammers! Don't by from them! On Black Friday they provided a 50 EUR discount voucher. I paid the order and received my goods. 17 days later they called to say it was a mistake and that I have to pay 50 EUR extra for my order or they will take legal action!! I want to send it back but they have not provided me with the means to do so.

Awful customer care.
Placed an order which arrived as it should. But I had an issue with a malfunctioning product(€30 EC pen).
I sent two very clear videos of the product not working, after ages trying to get a reply they want me to pay to send it back so they can test it. They have no return policy or return shipping label.
Any normal shop would say no worries we will send a new one.
The time, money and effort to return it for testing is not worth it for a €30 product.
Just awful awful customer service, this lot are really a joke.
