Since this shop seems to only react when customers leave a bad review, I'm gonna try again here.
I bought a top from this shop, arrived all good, only it stained some of my clothes in the washing machine. My bad, I shouldnt have put it with lighter colors, oh well. But when I left it to dry outside (because the instructions said specifically to leave it airdry), the sun discolored the part of the top that was facing it!
I dont want to be a Karen, I really don't, but now I have green stained clothes from a top that costed me near 75€ in total with the taxes that I can't even wear because it's not an even color. Maybe it's just a problem with the dye used for the top, who knows.
I contacted the shop a week ago by mail once, twice, no reply so I wrote a instagram message and they left me on view.
Of course I understand I'm not the only customer they have to deal with but I feel stuck not being able to have a reply from them.
So yeah, otherwise it's a nice top, would be nicer if I was able to wear it though.

This company is totally brillant i bought a dress & it got taken from outside my house , This fantastic company not only sent me a replacement but was absolutey lovely with my daughter sent with different courier service special delivery first class service Thank you so so much xxxxx

Arrived quickly, beautiful dress

Beautiful dresses, well made from lovely fabrics. One of the items in my order wasn't the right shape for me and the returns process was easy to navigate. I would definitely recommend this company.

Beautiful dress, lovely fabric, great quality and straight forward delivery. Usually wear size 12, got M/L so would be flowy, perfect fit.

Lovely piece, but the edges of all the seams except the ones on the sleeves weren’t tied off at the ends.
