What a fantastic company to use. Becky was helpful before we even booked getting us the best price for our holiday. Nothing was too much trouble when jet 2 changed flights and had put our seats on totally different rows a quick message to becky and this was resolved. We have used Allabouttravel for nearly every holiday since around 2019. Rachel is the agent we use and she is amazing. Every holiday we have booked we know we are protected and in safe hands. We have had occasions, especially the Covid years, where we have needed to cancel, move and also needed last minute help and Rachel has always been available and got everything sorted. Amy is very knowledgeable and spot on with her schedules with checking in our flights. She did a brilliant job of organising our holiday. It was a special holiday for our 25th wedding anniversary, we gave her a brief of what we wanted to do and where to go, she sorted it all out for us with no problems. We had every confidence in her and knew she was a phone call away if needed ( thankfully it wasn’t required) all went very smoothly and as planned. We wouldn’t hesitate to use her again.
