I ordered an item with a promised…

I ordered an item with a promised delivery time of 2 to 3 days.
The shipment was delayed for almost a week.
Because of that I had to change the delivery location through Hermes otherwise I would not have been able to receive it at all.
The parcel never arrived.
When I contacted the seller they refused to help and blamed Hermes even though they were the ones who organized the shipment.
This is unacceptable customer service.
I am now handling the case through PayPal and waiting for a refund.
Very disappointing first experience. I will not order from this shop again.

I wrote for the company several times, but I got no answer.
Don*t buy in this company . I ordered and paid 31/3, and I have not heart anything , even I wrote several times.
