Don't buy any solar products from them, like solar panels, Inverters, or batteries. I bought a Knox 6.11 IP20 battery from them. I asked them multiple times that it has to be ip20 battery as I want to put it parallel to my other battery, which is an IP20. They promised me, but then delivered an IP54 battery. Now I am trying my best to resolve this matter, and they are sending me from pillar to post. Go to your local supplier and take the battery after seeing it even if you have to pay little extra, you will have the same problem as me if you decide to buy from Alladin.pk.

First time I tried to online shopping with this company and was very lucky not made any payments as I wanted to check and confirm with the shop about goods availability and secure on line payments and tried to call and by email and whatsapp messaging but no positive response from anyone nonesoever.In which case I suspected this shop or company is totally scam and though to let others know who might thinking of shopping or deal with Alladin.pk to be very careful about Alladin.pk.
