8000BTU unit worked well first time and even the remote access via the App was easy to set up.
Quite noisy but so far seems to be effective

My parcel is missing but customer service is not responding

We have received the unit and unfortunately is only blowing cold air. When you set for a higher temperature is no change , you only get cold air. Since Thursday trying to get in touch with All Air and nobody is answering the phone, calling 3-4 times daily, no answer. Sent them an email but no answer.
Overall not a good experience, I would not recommend this company!

They answer very fast at my query, and deliver fast as well what I was missing for my ac.

I have ordered the allair 12000 BTU and had to give it back as it was 2nd hand and it came looking like a sorry state. I then ordered another allair 8000 BTU and it just did not work at all and now the replacement had what looked like someone has eaten food in it and the plate was not washed and the fan speed did not work even on the remote control. I am very disappointed with AllAir and will not purchase from them again. I have never had this type of issue before ever. Basically all the machines I’ve ordered was not new and it was old and clapped out not even working and this should be reported to the trading standards.

Arrived on time, generally easy to set up and cools the room as hoped.

These a/c units have been amazing especially in our loft rooms

Poor knowledge of the product they supplied. Did not make clear in their description that the fan runs continuously.

Great postage time and safety of package and the aircon has been an absolute life saver so far! Had to buy a new exhaust tube as the one recieved is a little small but if you are planning to put the AC right next to a window then you will be fine.

Website is really easy to navigate. Purchasing was simple. Delivered within 3 working days. Very happy with the air conditioning unit. Was recommended it by a friend and glad they did.

Just bought the air conditioner unit. Delivered within 48 hours by USP, and without issues. The unit is fantastic, it cooled our open plan kitchen and living room down quickly to a comfortable temperature. It also comes with a remote control and an APP. There is some noise with it as I expected, but I don't find it bad at all. It is also on castors which makes it super easy to move around. Its not the cheapest model, or the most expensive at £429, but I believe it offers great value for money
