Habe eine Bellavista Lounge gekauft

Habe eine Bellavista Lounge gekauft, geliefert im Dezember 2022, konnte erst im September 2023 wegen Fertigstellung Terrasse aufgebaut werden. Habe das wetterfeste Polyrattan gekauft. Es wurden defekte Teile mitgeliefert welche ich innerhalb der Garantiezeit reklamiert habe. Wurde vom Geschäftsführer nicht anerkannt, hätten sofort nach Lieferung kontrolliert werden sollen, was nicht den gesetzlichen Ansprüchen entspricht. Wer stellt im Winter eine Lounge auf? Kam mir in keiner Weise entgegen. Kann die Lounge entsorgen, rausgeschmissenes Geld .
Kann diese Firma nicht empfehlen, nur abraten.

Loungemöbel

Loungemöbel bei diesem Anbieter bestellt und positive überrascht wie schnell und unkompliziert dieser Versand von statten ging. Die Qualität der Möbel ist gut. Hatte eine Reklamation (Abweichende Farbe der gelieferten Polster von den auf der Webside angezeigten), es wurde innerhalb von 24Std geantwortet. Allerdings fühlte man sich bei der Beantwortung nicht wirklich Ernst genommen. Schade, daher gibt es nur 3 Sterne, ansonsten hätte ich 4 Sterne vergeben.
