I ordered two items one being an ELT replacement battery. The order was drop shipped from a Distributor. The 2 year ELT battery was already nearly 6 months into the expiration period as it was old stock. I called All avionics and even though it was during normal business hours it went to voicemail multiple times. Never heard from them. I was able to contact the distributor directly and after two conversations they made the right decision and replaced the battery. At no time did All avionics contact me to resolve this. Disappointing and I will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered an ELT battery that was said to be in stock and ship same day. 3 weeks have passed with no response to calls, emails, or customer support chat. This is no way to treat customers.

Fast delivery of exactly what I ordered

Ordered an aircraft battery from AllAvionics on January 22, 2025 and after a week with no action I attempted to call, send a message on their website, and open a chat without any response. Nine days after the order was placed and without any contact from the business, I sent a message again that due to poor communications from AllAvionics to cancel the purchase. The next day I checked the status of my order and it had changed to canceled. I also checked on the availability of the battery that was ordered and the price had increased by $59.55. It appears that they could not provide the ordered item for the advertised price so they stalled until I gave up. Buyer beware!

Order was paid but not shipped after a weak even if it states same day shipping. No answer on e-mails, no answer in online-chat.

Ordered late on Friday. Received a call saying my order would be shipped Monday since I ordered late. Very thoughtful. Extremely professional and very fair price on the antenna and the shipping. Would strongly recommend! Order was delivered on Thursday. Excellent service.

The wed site claims that all orders over $250 are shipped the same day but my order of over $2000 took almost a week before shipping.

I've purchased the Trig VFR bundle on Christmas - trig comm and transponder and factory harnesses. Arrived in two days!! Had a question about adding the second radio control head for the back seat of my Stearman and they send me all the wiring diagrams and were extra helpful. Thank you

Upgrading my Cessna 182 with AV-30Cs was one of the best decisions I’ve made, and ordering them from AllAvionics.com made the whole process easy. The site was straightforward to use, and the customer service was great, Martin & Steve answered all my questions and even gave me tips to make sure everything would work with my existing GPS setup. On top of that, they included a free AWG cable to connect the AV-30Cs to my tailBeaconX, which saved me time and some $. The AV-30Cs have completely transformed my panel, making it not only more reliable but also way cleaner. I’ll definitely be coming back to AllAvionics.com for anything else I need.

Bad communication, paid for AV30s and magmometer and promised to go out same day. I recieved the Magnometer, it was drop shipped by another Avionics Dealer, the other high dollar AV30s took over a month to receive after being lied to several times from customer support. I called the other dealer and he stated that the initial order to them did not include the AV30s and he recieves calls from other customers with like kind concerns, he got involved and his order was amended and completed by AllAvionics and he was able to complete assuring me that there was no back order and his inventory of AV30s was well stocked. It appears that AllAvionics is not a dealer but brokering from a dealer as a reseller and drop shipping from their warehouse and floating orders. It’s not worth it, go somewhere else, getting your order is like pulling teeth, slow and painful.

Place an order, paid. After that no communications, no product bye bye 675 dollars
