The battery I needed was "in stock" so I placed the order, I received about 8 emails but none with a working tracking number despite asking foe one the battery took about two week to arrive, as it was listed as in stock I thought it would have been sooner

I ordered this battery as a replacement for my motorcycle. The battery when it arrived is fine and I have no issue with the quality of the item. I do have an issue with the time it took to receive said battery. The website does advise that some items could be supplied from France with an estimated delivery of 8 working days. It finally arrived and took nearly 3 weeks ! I phoned customer service on 2 occasions but was unable to get a confirmed delivery date as it was coming from France? A bit bizzare, not like it's coming from Mars, and the tracking number didn't work until it was in the UK. It took to long and I won't be using Allbateries again.

Waited three weeks for a battery to arrive,which, as of yet hasn't!!
This company is just a badly run "drop shipping" outfit and appears they don't hold any stock

Customer service is appalling, not motivated and clearly don't care ... you'd get more information/help from a banana?!

Please, do yourself a favor and order elsewhere. You can thank me later.

I ordered a battery from this company. They lead you to believe that they have items that they don't have in stock. I needed the battery to fit to my motorcycle for a big trip. I was informed that there would be a wait of over two weeks before it would be in stock. Obviously I bought one elsewhere. Although payment is taken immediately once an order is taken, somehow it takes 7 to 10 days for a refund to be made. As yet one hasn't been received. In future I'll avoid this company like the plague. Luckily I paid through PayPal and so am raising the issue with them.

Easy to contact, good quality product , quick delivery,very pleased. Will use this company again and would certainly recommend them to friends.

Very slow delivery, was under the impression it was coming from the UK, but it took 12 days to come from France and I need it sooner, customer service was non existent when I called. Wont use them again.

Allbatteries had the specific batteries I needed and not only were they available but they were at a good price too!. They came shortly after order and were nicely an safely packaged. I would definitely use all batteries again and recommend them to others 👍

Trying to get a refund for a Bosch lawnmower battery that failed since April. Numerous calls to try to progress this. As of mid June, no refund

I have two very old handheld Icom marine vhf radios, new batteries were ordered and received direct from France, cost was very reasonable and the delivery time within 9 days was excellent, I couldn't be more pleased.

Rapid service and a VERY good price. I had a dead 36v Bosch Rotak lawnmower battery. Replacements tend to be around £120, though it's true that Amazon had/has it for £99. Then I spotted Allbatteries offer at £78 including an extremely reasonable £2.92 for carriage. Took only a couple of days to arrive.

These were the only place I could find the battery for my ride on lawn mower ( seems to be a shortage)!
Took a few weeks to arrive but all good and fitted and works, what more can you say!

They might be slightly cheaper but if you get a problem they don't even have the courtesy to reply to your emails...

They took payment then told me they are not in stock and will take 3 weeks

Odered a battery for an old mobile phone and told to expect delivery in 10+ working days, as coming from France, but turned up in 6 which was a pleasant surprise, although no tracking information. Battery as described and a fair price but delivery charge rather steep for such a small, light item.

Good communications and fast service, item arrived before estimated date

The battery came well packed, came in good time and well charged, kept me informed all the way from placing order to the delivery, would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Needed an agm battery for my
Yamaha V-Max. Arrived no problem and best price I could find plus 2 year warranty.
