I feel assured with the customer service prompt response. It eased my anxiety thinking I was scammed. Thanks to the immediate action of my request. More power 🙂
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

Agent Marc is very well accommodated and he answer all my queries. The quality of the products were all good but for me it quite expensive since my current is in Phil. Peso
NOTE: I've got an email saying they'll refund my money back if I give the 3 stars rating and send the screenshot to them. I'll update the information based on my refund.

Waste of Money
Accidentally signed up for this and is a total scam. £5.75 every fortnight for literally nothing. Thankfully spotted it early before they took too much money.
Ann at Customer Services was very helpful in response and has returned my money.
