I bought an Allcam ED20 Electric Height Adjustable Sit-Stand Desk. Back then this craze of working from home started. Fast forward 6 years later and the desk no longer adjusts its height. Contacted customer support by email and they responded within 24 hrs advising the steps to test and ultimately the part to replace (control panel) which cost £19.98 inclusive of shipping. They sent a video of how to replace which took less than 5 minutes. Very happy with the table today and of course the customer support.

Although their products appear to be of good quality, unfortunately, the standing desk frame that I purchased did not fit my desk. However, my review primarily concerns the entire post-purchase experience and customer service provided by AllCam.

AllCam imposed arbitrary return fees to discourage returns, and their customer service was terrible.

After a struggle to return the item, I spoke with a customer service representative, who called himself Ali. He was uncooperative in assisting me with finding the correct product. He appeared to be resentful of my decision to return the product instead of purchasing additional conversion kits. His conduct was extremely unprofessional, unhelpful, and discourteous.

Solely based on my experience with customer services, I would strongly advise anyone against doing business with this company in the future.

I have had Allcam products for years and lately have started buying them again. The products are of a great quality, customer service it top notch, and prices are very reasonable for what you get. I will always use Allcam before any other company. They've earnt that privilege with their sound reputation.

Apart from great products, this company really does put the customer first. I placed an order through Amazon and when the order supposedly arrived but didn’t they were easily contactable by telephone, looked at the delivery and agreed there was no proof of delivery as such. Mo then sorted my issue out immediately, and will be reissuing the order using a different courier. Thank you Mo for dealing with this so efficiently and for understanding my frustrations with Hermes. I know I am small fry and an individual purchaser not a big company but the courtesy you showed me yesterday needs to be applauded.
