Allcamps miss sold the holiday…

Allcamps miss sold the holiday accommodation. The pictures used to advertise the accommodation are nothing like what we got. We are fully aware that this can happen however having a disclaimer on their site means they can get away with putting you in accommodation that was almost £1000 cheaper than what we booked. Allcamps refuse to speak to you once they have received your money which in our case was £6000! They only deal in email which is impossible. We did everything, reported it on site and the Eurocamp reps confirmed we were in the wrong accommodation, we gathered photo and video evidence and evidence from Eurocamp themselves proving we were not in the accomodation we paid for. Allcamps have dismissed us. We have a 4 weeks European holiday planned for next Summer we will be taking our business elsewhere and I will be telling everyone not to book through this awful company who do not care about their customers.

However, we would like to make it clear that you stayed in the accommodation type you booked. This was confirmed to us by the Eurocamp head office. We are sorry that their on site staff told you differently, giving you the wrong information.
Photos are an example of the type of accommodation. Dimensions, layout & decor may change from the accommodation shown on the pictures.

Perfect for short stay with kids from all ages

Thanks Valentina en crew for the friendly, service minded way of managing the reception in perfect English.

We enjoyed our stay at the campsite positive points:
+ Fabulous swimming pool both indoor as outdoor so for al weather conditions.
+ Small campsite with big pitches with gravel to put the camper of caravan and grass to have your stuff
+ Clean toilet and shower facilities
+ Dishwasher were really appreciated by our sons.
+ Washing machine and dryer for 1.5 euro a cycle make
+ Good entertainment (with fireworks on first day of our stay
+ Facilities in the wellness center are fairly priced so fitness, sauna, massages etc

- Unfortunately the entertainment (music and acts and tea club) is mainly in croatian so not that open for foreigners
- A lot of short stay campers as hub to go to the southern part of Croatia so less for children make friends.
- Neighbourhood of the campsite does not really have much to offer although routes through the country sites in direction Slovenia is nice.

all camps are covering up the reality

can you please stop this harassing my my partner Bianca made the booking for camping orbetello and we have emailed a lot frequently what do you mean can't find the booking what is your approach in informing people while you don't want to help stop that this is not desirable and especially not that you keep deleting and renewing the reviews answers THE REVIEW IS WRITTEN FOR THE HOLIDAY GOERS NOT FOR YOU

Dear All Complaint and Request for Refund Due to Substandard Holiday Experience Customer Service,

Dear All Camp Customer Service,

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the recent holiday experience my family and I had with your service. Our experience was far below the standards we expected and included several issues that significantly impacted the quality of our stay.

Upon arrival on 25/07/2024, we found that the campsite we were assigned was not the one we had booked. This was frustrating, especially as it was not possible to resolve the issue immediately due to your office's closure. The next morning, the reception informed us that such confusion is a common occurrence due to there being two sites with the same name. We were told to direct our complaint to All Camp directly, and your team contacted us on the morning of 25th July with alternative site options.

However, the options provided were not satisfactory. Two were not dog-friendly, and the third, which we reluctantly accepted, was not available for two days. We confirmed our choice immediately but received no further communication from All Camp, despite our repeated attempts to contact you via phone and email throughout the day. We eventually received confirmation at 17:37, after several hours of uncertainty and stress.

Furthermore, the new site we were moved to was not as advertised. The entertainment for young children was non-existent, contrary to the information provided. My 10-year-old son was particularly disappointed when he attended a football tournament scheduled for 3 PM, only to find it was restricted to those over 16, a detail that was not communicated on the entertainment board. The caravan was far from the pool and beach, contrary to our expectations and original booking preferences.

In addition to the inconvenience and subpar conditions, the process of handling our complaint was frustratingly inadequate. We repeatedly requested a formal complaint form and an extension of our holiday to compensate for the two days lost—one spent chasing for a resolution and another relocating to a different site. These requests were ignored, compounding our dissatisfaction.

Due to these numerous issues, including the incorrect site assignment, the lack of prompt and clear communication, the unsuitable accommodations, and the inadequate entertainment, we believe a 50% refund of our total booking cost is fair compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused.

We request your prompt attention to this matter and expect a resolution within 14 days

I'm Estelle partner, regarding our recent experience with your service. We would like to clarify some key points and express our dissatisfaction with the handling of our booking.

Booking Accuracy: Contrary to your message, we did not book the wrong campsite. The confusion arose because Allcamps listed two different campsites with the same name but varying facilities on your website. This is misleading for customers.
Importance of Accurate Information: We specifically chose the campsite with facilities suitable for young children, including slides and other activities. This was a crucial factor in our decision, as we have three young kids.
Previous Incidents: Upon arrival, the representative at the campsite acknowledged that this confusion has happened before with Allcamps bookings. This indicates a recurring issue that needs addressing.
Acknowledgment of Error: During a phone conversation with your team, it was admitted that the error was on Allcamps' part. We find this situation extremely frustrating and disappointing.
Request for Resolution: We strongly urge Allcamps to correct this misleading information on your website to prevent further confusion and inconvenience for future customers. Additionally, we expect appropriate compensation for the distress and inconvenience caused, especially given the impact on our children's experience.
We look forward to a swift and satisfactory resolution to this matter, as well as updates on the actions taken to rectify the misleading information on your website.

Iam sorry to hear that by mistake you have booked the wrong campsite. We offer 2 campsites with the same name in the same area so that is a pity.You have been changed to another campsite but you were not happy there eather. I see you already filled in a complaint on our website and that my collegues are working on it. As soon as we have spoken with the campsites we will come back to you at least within 4 weeks following our terms and conditions. We can not explain on eventueal compensations.This will be determined in consultation with the campsite and our Customer Care team.

If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would, Stay well clear from this company. They are the worst I have ever dealt with. We arrived to our mobile home which was disgusting,If it wasn’t for ED the rep we would have walked out of the place.
Your customer service is a disgrace. Anyone booking beware The Sènia Tucan site is beautiful but Uou would be better booking direct with them to get what you pay for.

Verwarrende communicatie

De communicatie over de boeking was verwarrend. Er leek geen communicatie te zijn tussen Roompot en Allcamps. Men verwijst naar elkaar en kan slecht iets regelen of afstemmen.

U heeft hierbij een wens doorgegeven qua ligging. Dat is een wens en geen garantie. Verder wilde u nog graag bedlinnen bijboeken maar dat was zo kort voor aankomst niet meer mogelijk helaas. Ik hoop dat u een fijn verblijf heeft gehad op 't Wolfsven.

Better management, control and cleaning

Mobile home very dirty and dusty
Terrace furniture dirty and in bad repair
Kitchen utensils, cuttlery, plates etc. absolute minimal
Water cooker too dirty to use.

Excellent Customer Service

I made a booking on the website and hadn't noticed it was proposing alternative dates and I accidentally booked those dates.

I called them the next morning and they fixed it straight away for me. Really nice customer service and it was no stress at all. Really pleased and we're looking forward to our holiday.

Beautiful

Beautiful campsite with a lot to do for the kids ! Only way our stay could improve, is with an airco in the cabin. Other than that, everything is perfect

Great service

Great service, readable website. But there should also be information that you can find a field with CHILDREN ... A big minus when it comes to choosing a place. 2 adults, childless people were given a place in front of the children's playground. Where all the scream and noise ...Fortunately, it was 1 night, but if it was a week, I would have to shorten this vacation
