I was scheduled video call but no body response on and I already pay for my services I tried to call but office is closed

The notary is great she help me a lot.

My issue of getting a refund of $60 for my wasted-time and costs to reach their notary who did NOT open her home-door to me to notarize my documents even that she was inside her home. Her neighbours were curious to see me waiting at her door and told that they saw her there and that I should continue to knock her door maybe she couldn't hear me. Her neighbours were very honest in telling me that she is using a different name with them than her name provided to me by 'ALL-Canada Notary'. That trip and 3 hours were a total waste for me. No one called or apologized or offer me any compensation.
All-Canada Notaries refunded me the fee that I have paid IN-ADVANCE. But NOT my compensation for my time/costs (more than 3 hours). After about two months, I was informed that my compensation was approved by their CEO. Then, the money was never sent to me. Sheila of their office said she doesn't know how the funds were not sent to me. She wanted to do a new escalation. If the CEO has approved my 1st escalation then who is supposed to approve the 2nd escalation. It was the same CEO who is supposed to approve it again and who somehow did NOT send my approved compensation. I waited another couple of months with no compensation-refund received.
Then, Sheila asked me to remove my bad review on TrustPilot and she will send me the compensation money. I told her this is an illegal transaction. No, you send me my $60 and then I will correct my bad review.
Five months later, we are at almost the end of November 2025 and no word was heard from Sheila or the CEO and no $60 compensation was sent at all.
If you are interested, this is my latest email sen to her two months ago and is still un-replied.

Should the funds are sent to someone else, then, you will need another approval.

Then, you are asking me, to remove my truthful/negative review from Trustpilot, so you will be able to get the 2nd approval for the balance of my refund (already approved, almost, 2 months ago).

This is a new condition that was not made two months ago.

Although, I am not a lawyer but I think such condition is, legally, called "extortion".
Is that what you are, really, asking me?

I suggest that, first, you send me my money and this way, we can talk, freely and legally, about your latest condition. - UNQUOTE

I was unable to use this service because the person is located in Ontario. I would need a person located in Alberta to provide the Notary service. The result of Notary will be sent to Alberta Government to obtain an Apostille.

Could you return my fees or re-assign Notary Service with someone in Alberta?
