Outsourced to Inexperienced Companies

I hired All Country Van Lines for my out of state move. IMMEDIATELY after I hired them they OUTSOURCED my move to TWO different companies (pick-up / arrival). Also, my price quote DOUBLED!
I am STILL missing parts from when a few pieces of furniture were taken apart.
I DO NOT recommend ALL COUNTRY VAN LINES. They are only a “company” in Name, before Outsourcing ALL of their Business.

I scheduled a moving service on July…

I scheduled a moving service on July 22, but it delayed until July 25. Moreover, it took 13 days to deliver my items within the same state. Do not choose All Country Van for your moving. It is expensive but not reliable at all.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. All Country Van Lines LLC should not be in business. I just read all the other complaints and I wished I would have seen them before this nightmare. I hired these guys to pick up my items from a storage facility and not only were they a day late but the following day they were 6 hours late. After waiting for 6 hours I gave up. Then they showed up about a half hour later and I said NO THANKS .... I can only imagine the next disaster if I would have used this all country Van lines LLC. But here's the kicker. They have 5000.00 of my money that they don't want to return. Because they're shady and underhanded and because the system allows people like this to get away with these things so they don't care. So now I'm hiring an attorney and hopefully I can get them to reimburse me for the attorney because basically they're just being jerks..... Had a better word but we'll leave it at that. I also had to rebook a plane ticket that they promised to cover if I waited until the following day which was the day that they were 6 hours late. So basically I'm having to sue them for the hotel. The return plane ticket and the $5,000 deposit. The dispatcher Brandon point blank told me I wouldn't get my money back...... But I beg to differ. I'll follow up with this nightmare and I'll get my money back. RUN PEOPLE DO NOT WALK BUT RUN AWAY FROM ALL COUNTRY VAN LINES LLC. THERE'S A REASON IT'S AN LLC. WHAT A NIGHTMARE THIS COMPANY IS

Horrific company…avoid them like the…

Horrific company…avoid them like the plague! Our move was a disaster and the company that All Country Van Lines brokered our move to are absolute crooks. When I told All Country that MMG Moving’s (my who they brokered the move to) owner had been indicted for moving fraud schemes and if convicted could be sentenced to 300 years and $6.25 million in reparation, All Country could not care less. The moving company that All Country organized caused over $11k worth of damage and All Country would not consider dropping MMG moving. All Country are scumbags.

Highly recommended

This company has done good work for me , I used them last year for one of my homes and just finished up on another. Very reliable, great employees and customer service. Every time the movers are very respectful and careful with the furniture. If your looking for a moving company they will do a good job

When the police became involved...

When the police became involved, I learned they were familiar with my movers and that's not the worst of it. Because of the guy they sent, I don't feel safe in my new home.

Once they got our deposit everything changed including needing to pay the rest in cash/money order and our estimate which increased by 40% with the same size truck. Btw-my husband is an architect & I used to help plan the loading of tour busses in Nashville. So, we knew what we had down to the cubic foot. Still, 1/3 of our things were initially left behind because the movers did such a poor job loading and failed to break things down.

Had the movers intended to do the job they were hired to do, wouldn't they have brought tools? The contract says they disassemble and assemble and place furniture. They brought no tools. My husband was forced to beg neighbors to borrow tools so we could get our TVs off the walls. They packed my husband's grey toolbox 1st. Guess what didn't come off the truck. We loaded 39 black & yellow bins only 27were delivered. The mover threatened to leave keeping our things if my husband didn't sign a blank inventory sheet. We were unable to obtain the detailed list the contract promised. Things got heated when I refused to sign that we had received everything back in good condition. We hadn't

Our mattresses arrived dirty. They weren't bagged as promised and were advised is legally required.

A dresser was left in an out building.

Nothing was reassembled. Many items were damaged.
Some things seemed maliciously damaged. I asked them to be careful with one box of precious items clearly marked fragile. Moments later, he looked at me and smirked as he dropped a box of books on it.

My husband had to point out the ramp wasn't secure after they nearly dropped our range off it instead of taking the time to use the lift gate.
The antique china cabinet they charged $250 for special handling was broken in 5 different ways. They lost the shelves. I removed the glass and layed it on cloths on the table and explained the glass was designed to fit inside. Instead they left it lying an the ground causing damage. The key was snapped off in the lock. Duct tape was applied directly to delicate woodwork ripping the piece of wood from the cabinet. The finales were designed to be removed. They weren't. One snapped off during the move.

I don't see how the turn times could be close to federal legal requirements for safe driving. They certainly didn't align with the what we were told was required during planning.

That doesn't come close to covering all of the chaos. Soon two states' Attorneys General could become more familiar with our case as part of a larger fraud investigation. It felt like a violation I was forced to endure for weeks. Unless you want your life to feel like an A&E movie go elsewhere.

Horrible Customer Service

Horrible customer service. Called for a quote and after mansplaining to me for serval minutes, they hung up on me because I didn't want to confirm the reservation right then and there. Tells me everything I need to know about who they are as a company. Hard pass.

Special needs equipment move

We shipped numerous items for my brother in law, who is disabled. A wheelchair, special assistance equipment, boxes of clothing and some furniture. The things needed to be handled with great care. All Country did a great job and his stuff was delivered with no problems. A guy named Mark at All Country was particularly helpful; he understood the need for special handling of this equipment. Highly recommend these folks.

Rude

Rude. I did a yelp search for moving company's. When you do this, multiple company's respond. This company continued to call, email, and text multiple times why I was unresponsive. I finally answered and nicely let the representative of this company that I had already found a company and before I could finish my sentence they hung up. Again Rude. Tells me a lot about their care of service.

I wouldn't dare use this company to…

I wouldn't dare use this company to handle my move. Their representative Noah was extremely arrogant and pretentious. The entire phone call he wanted to talk about how other companies weren't reputable and how they were just going to raise the price on me on move day and wanted in depth details about the other quotes I had received. I told him what I was quoted and he said that those companies are going to take advantage of me and blah blah. Once I got tired of hearing about all of that foolishness I told him to just give me a quote because I'm tired. He then asked for my inventory list and then said his quote thus far was at $2800 and that it was proof that the other companies were going to increase the price on move day. He continually talked about other companies and how they can't be serious and that a uhaul and mileage was about the same as what I was quoted and after that remark I hung up on him. He called back and I sent him to voice-mail and sent a text stating "I'm going to go with another company, thank you" and he proceeded to say things like "well its not my move I'm just trying to help you not get played", "you're going to be calling me begging me and there's gonna be nothing I can do", "we don't need the business because we have our and the calls on pick up day for these companies as well when the consumer realizes they were lied to i had a 83 and a 34 years old women call me crying for these exact reason today.. good luck your off our list" (I literally only copy and pasted the last one) and I told him I would rather take my chances than to use his company. I am so baffled by his attitude THE ENTIRE TIME. This was so cringey. They need to train their employees on humility and respect.

RUN do not walk RUN SCAM

RUN do not walk RUN if you are considering using this company. This is a total scam and they prey on your kindness. I contacted this company and spoke to Paul Barillo who spent an hour on the phone with me going through my inventory list. I asked all of the right questions and even went through the inventory list agin with Naomi at customer support. Paul Brillo even gave me his personal number to call for anything at anytime. Interestingly enough once they collected a $2,318 deposit from me Paul was nowhere to be found. Paul quoted me $5,795 assuring me the final payment, after the initial deposit, would not exceed this amount. When the movers showed up they asked for more than $12,000. I live alone in a 1 bedroom apt it is impossible for my goods to cost that much to move, even with inflation. Again, where was Paul offering help at anytime? Ultimately, I was completely taken advantage of and deceived by Paul Barillo and still do not even have my goods.

Amazing Movers!

This is our second time using All Country Van Lines, and we were impressed by their professionalism, wrapped all of our furniture, and very systematically loaded the truck from floor to ceiling, taking the time to tie down each row of items. I can’t praise these guys enough. I will be recommending these guys to all!

Quick and efficient

The movers were quick, efficient, and eager to allow me to sit back and let them do the literal heavy lifting. After puttering in the way for a few minutes, I took their advice and has a coffee on the stoop while they made quick work of my apartment. At my new place, they sorted my boxes and furniture by area and set me up for a mostly unpacked first night. Thanks, All Country Van Lines, for a great moving experience.
