I wanted an e-bike but couldn’t afford a new one so I popped into Allen’s E-bikes on the off chance that they had any preloved bikes. I was in luck, I found the perfect bike. Dave couldn’t have been any more helpful if he tried, and Mike is just a sweetheart. I felt wonderfully looked after as someone new to e-bikes. Dave was able to give me a full background on the bike, and also checked everything was in tip top condition before I left. The other thing that really impressed me was that they wouldn’t sell me anything I didn’t actually need, in fact it didn’t feel like they were selling me anything! What I mean by that is they gave me all the information and advice but ultimately gave me the space to make my own mind up, it was very relaxed and no pressure. The team at Allen’s are obviously very passionate about their products and the e-bike lifestyle, and that passion is contagious! Many thanks to team Allen’s E-bikes ❤️

I just collected my estarli e28 from Dave at Allen's e-bikes. From first investigation and test rides a year ago, to eventual purchase of a bike suitable to be carried on a motor home, Dave proved very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm lucky enough to live locally and his offer of temporary secure parking whilst in town is exceptional.

Allen was brilliant! Really helpful and informative. We had to decide between 2 e-bikes and at no time did he try to sell us the more expensive one. Great to see so many options in the shop and get guidance on the pros and cons. He went out of his way to be helpful.

Dave gave me a lot of time and advice on the right folding e-bike for my London commute via train. After test riding a couple of bikes with him, he helped me choose the right model for my size (I’m 6’ 4”) and travelling needs. I wanted to buy local, but ordered through my company cycle to work scheme and Dave talked me through the whole process. I had my bike within days of ordering - and Dave was happy to go through all the features again when I picked the bike up (and again answered all my questions when I later phoned with a query). I’m really pleased with the bike - and as I only live down the road, I feel very confident that should I have questions or need help in the future, I am just a short zip up the road on my bike away from a friendly and professional service.

Dave is an easy to talk to person he answered all our questions and helped us with a test ride before we purchased 2 e-bike. I would highly recommend going and having a chat, 5 stars

Having thoroughly researched e-bikes and owned a couple of very old ones, I watched all of Dave Allen’s You Tube Videos, assisted by Mike, the Cameraman. I settled on the folding e-bike I wanted, and ordered it from Dave, who was extremely helpful and patiently answered all my questions. Despite living in Cumbria, the bike arrived within 3 days of ordering and was in pristine condition. I have every confidence in their after sales assistance should it be required, and I whole heartedly recommend this Company to you.

I went in told them I was looking for a new electric bike. A very nice guy showed me two bikes and let me try them both. He explained everything about both bikes. I chose the one I preferred. I sealed the deal with Dave.
Dave delivered it to me the following week.
I have been out and about on it and just love it.
I recommend this shop for friendly and super efficiency.
