Slow delivery & non returns policy for open box.

Slow delivery. Ordered the wrong filter by mistake but the company does not accept returns if the box has been opened. Please bear this in mind before ordering. I will now be going elsewhere for all my filters (5) in future as haven’t had these issues with other companies.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear you feel disappointed.

For health and safety reasons, some products cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been opened. Our air purifiers and replacement filters are used in the most sensitive environments, as well as for the most critical infection control purposes. This requires the strictest quality control. It is in place to protect our customers, as it ensures that every filter we send out is brand new, sealed, and unused. This provides our customers with important reassurance and reliability when ordering replacement filters from us.

Regarding the delivery: we do offer next working day service for orders placed before 13:00 Monday to Friday. Your order was placed on Monday evening, shipped on Tuesday, and delivered on Wednesday, which falls within that timeframe.

I appreciate how frustrating it must have been to realise that the wrong filter was ordered. As long as the filter is still sealed, we are of course happy to take them back. Furthermore, if you are ever unsure about which filter is needed, please do contact us anytime.

Official IQ Air dealer, extremely fast delivery

I ordered two items from them: iqair Multigas and iqair air quality monitor. Extremely fast delivery. Around 24h to get the order. I asked some questions before ordering and they were very helpful and friendly. The main selling point to me is that they are the official UK dealer of IQ Air. It's possible to confirm that directly with IQ Air, which I recommend for anxious buyers as these purifiers are a pretty big purchase.

Iqair stopped working to the point of…

Iqair stopped working to the point of it making me considerably more ill on than off - I didn’t sleep for nights due to reacting and when i turned it off, i managed to sleep. The company has so far for months refused any substantive help which given the price and cost of filters and my health seems extremely problematic . I will update this if they start helping

We would like to clarify that the IQAir system uses pure mechanical filtration — it draws air through high-efficiency filters to remove airborne pollutants. It contains no active components capable of emitting any substances into the air or causing the adverse health effects you have described. The filters are constructed from medically safe materials and are trusted in hospitals and critical care environments worldwide for this very reason.
According to our records, the replacement filter was used without issue for a period of time, and concerns were only raised after the unit had been operated in a highly polluted environment. Based on the system’s design and performance standards, it is not technically possible for it to cause harm in the way described.
We have responded to all of your correspondence, reviewed the matter in full, and explained that this is not a warranty-related issue, as the unit remains fully functional. While we are always happy to provide support and guidance where a genuine fault is identified, we also believe that public reviews should be factual and proportionate.

I've bought 4 IQAir AirVisual Pro Air…

I've bought 4 IQAir AirVisual Pro Air Quality Monitors over the last 5 years from AllergyCosmos. 50% of them have failed.

Of the remaining working ones, they have issues with the correct reporting of CO2 - a vital part of their purpose.

I left a 3 star review of the product pointing out its good points and also its bad points on their website.

But this has never been published. I notice in fact unlike Amazon, their website has almost exclusively 5 star reviews of products with just a handful of 4 star reviews and the very, very occasional 3 star. I could see no 1 or 2 star reviews.

I am starting to suspect they rarely publish less glowing of reviews of their products - which is dishonest.

Very good company very responsive

Very good company very responsive, professional and very helpfull and also very good website, instant live chat is awesome very practical not asking 101 questions to be put for a quick chat, pricewise you cant get cheaper than them. Look no further if you love clean air. Major and Main seller of IQ AIR. I think over all they are the best you can get like IQ AIR blends in perfect with this company.

We completely understand your frustration and sympathise with your situation, which is why we have always offered advice and support from the moment you contacted us about the issue you were having with your air purifiers.

Although we offer a 30 day hassle-free return policy, this does not apply to our air purifiers, nor air purifier replacement filters. The reason for this is that our air purifiers are more often than not used in the most sensitive environments rendering them unsuitable and unhygienic for reuse in any other environment.

So with this in mind, we always encourage our customers to get in touch beforehand if they’re in any way unsure about the suitability or performance of an air purifier in their home. We’ll be more than happy to explain and go through all aspects of the air purifier and also air purification in general until you feel completely comfortable with your purchase.
