I placed a small order on their website on the 8th May and received a confirmation email. After two weeks I telephoned and asked when it would be received and was told that the manager would call me back - no call was received.

A week later I called again and was told the manager wasn't in, but after the person went to check, they came back to tell me that 'the manager' says it has been posted and that I should wait another week. No proof of postage email or tracking details were provided.

Another week passed and I tried calling twice. Once again I was told the manager wasn't in and they'd have him/her call me back - a call which didn't come.

At this stage I've given up. The order was for £18 (including postage) so not a lot, however it's the principle of things. I'll now take it up with my card provider to seek a refund.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They're essentially fraudsters. I don't like leaving reviews like this but was left with no option and they clearly don't seem to care at all. Take your money elsewhere.

The worst hairdressers I have ever been to.

Haircut was awful, dirty salon, terrible atmosphere. Really bad customer service when I said I wasn’t happy. They didn’t care AT ALL.

They are very disability Unfriendly. Very ignorant to anyone’s needs. They’ve obviously had no training on how to treat the public. It’s all about money making for them. (Ellie who dealt with my complaint just kept repeating herself and had no skills in dealing with an unhappy customer).

The hairdresser (Theo) didn’t say a word while cutting my hair and dried my hair roughly and without any care. My hair feels softer after I’ve washed and dried it myself! He also had an unwashed smell about him. And strangled me when he put the gown on and I said can I have it looser and he completely ignored me so I had to adjust it myself! He didn’t have an ounce of customer care skills.

Take your money elsewhere to a deserving salon that actually cares about its customers.

And they charge for a tea or coffee! That’s disgusting! And they don’t even offer to take your coat. I had to go and hang it up myself, after asking where can I put it…

Don’t be fooled by their shiny lights and advertising. When you look through that you see the stains, unwashed tools and empty conditioner bottles!
