Do not even think about buying a frame from this company. I can't even say that they are poor quality - they are actually defrauding customers by selling "aluminimum" frames that are actually plastic. Criminal behavior and so far they are refusing to give a full refund

Customer support is horrible, no updates on status of order.
A lot of misleading/untrue info upon contacting Customer support enquiring about status; and not keeping up to promised delivery timeframe by almost a week.
Resulted in extra expenses to keep package in storage at the post.
Not recommending it.

Ordered a custom made frame. Very happy with the result!

Summary (edited): not the fastest service but in the end they come around. 1 star still subtracted due to the difficulties with having to place multiple orders (with all added cost) for materials from more than one supplier.

Longer review (edited):
the website is a bit old but has a lot of items. Filtering is sometimes difficult. However, most annoying is that you CAN'T combine deliveries from different supplies... So in case you need several items which happen to come from three suppliers, you have to place three different orders. All with 6,95 delivery costs and if below threshold a 5 euro surcharge.

Overall customer service is not the fastest but will help you if you ask: after some difficulties with ordering (item was not available, had to place multiple orders to get comparable products) and complaining about it, in the end allesrahmen.de offered some compensation for my trouble. I appreciate the fact they came around and acknowledged the fact I had trouble and had to spent more money.

If you want a website with a lot of choice, with the above mentioned limitations, allesrahmen.de is a good pick!
