Alleviate Tax Reviews 

I just started the process with Alleviate and Denis Luka was thorough and patient in answering all my questions. The initial fee to start was $495.00 and they assisted me with paying it in such a way as to not cause me more financial anxiety. It will be a couple of days for them exercise the POA to get the total debt from the IRS and to compile a program that I approve of and then hopefully, when given to the IRS they agree.

This company lures you in, giving false promises of guidance and follow thru. Dealing with the IRS is frightening, and as a small inexperienced business owner, I was looking for a company that would help.
After paying almost $10,000 for resolution and personal taxes, I was ignorned, case workers quit and I was never informed, had appointments that were not followed thru and worse of all, they applied high pressure tatics on me, a 78 year old women. I am not a happy customer and do no recommend this overpriced, company.

Walked us through the process said we qualified then explained all the following steps. They were transparent and answered our questions and concerns
Gave us some light in a dark situation
Looking forward to seeing this through

Hi, an update on the this company. Don’t waste your money or time!

I paid $200 for a Dog snd Pony show! Basically lead generator who forwards you to the finance person, (Dog snd pony show!)

All Alleviate employees want is your money!!!! Get you stuck contract that you paid for and services is Horrible! They don’t care because you are stuck in a contact!!!

Another Dog snd Pony show .. promise a quick service after you make the first payment!

LIARS!

Once you pay .. run around and incorrect information on your account..

Example, you don’t need your hard copies of your taxes because it’s all electronic. Then you throw away the documents snd the next person tells you do! Of Course!

You leave messages for your contact they don’t get back to you!

They tell you, ‘Big Company!’ But forget to add incompetence and disorganized!!!

You would be better negotiating with your taxes directly!

When they sign you up, they don’t tell you how disorganized/incompetent they really are!

They want your money but don’t give a Damn about you!

Otherwise, you will pay the full amount and paying Alleviate taxes who don’t return calls and hard to get hold of you contact …

They apologize for the Horrible Service! Blah Blah Blah

Don’t waste your money!!!

I think they keep having my review taken down.. this company sucks.. they can't do the most basic tax return. I grouped a couple years tax returns together and they all got rejected but one.. they cost me that covid stimulus check too.. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Myles Vasquez has been amazing. He listened and just simply explained the process from beginning to end. To me that says a lot Transparency and Communication were both displayed and they come highly recommended.

My representative, Myles Vasquez,answered many questions, appeared genuinely interested in my current situation. Having to deal with this issue, in and of itself is overwhelming and provokes anxiety to its highest level. Each business should have employees with Myles professionalism. First of all let me say when you're in this type of situation it causes so many issues. It affects your life each and every day. You try to live your life , maybe, pretending that it doesn't exist. You live in fear. You live in shame. It affects your health , your relationships, you are afraid to check your mailbox, fear at work . So I googled help. Alleviate was voted top in their field for 2026. I had a young man contact me named TREVOR LOFGREN, by text within minutes. We set up a call for the following morning . I was anxious.....I was scared.....no sleep . I was on pins and needles x 100. TREVOR was first of all kind. He was empathetic. He listened, but most importantly he heard me. This is not something you can just talk about openly. You're living with this terrible secret that weighs on you every day. I felt as if TREVOR held my hand although he was miles away from me. He cared , he understood, and he felt my pain. If you find yourself in a situation similar to mine. Don't think twice , don't be embarrassed or ashamed , don't think you're alone. Please, see my review and get help for what you're facing. TREVOR LOFGREN can be your lighthouse in the darkest sea. He will throw you a rope and save you from drowning in a sea of shame , guilt, and dread.
