I purchased a size 8 US pair of hey dude Buffalo bills shoes. They sent me a size 38 and there was no hey dude tag on it. They were fake white shoes that were panted red and blue to say hey dude and bills. The inside tag on the insoles said 38. They offered to give me 20% refund and a small discount to order again because it’s MY fault that I didn’t check their fake Chinese size chart.😂. I’m NOT ordering again! Still arguing with them on 11/1/2026

1 Star – Buyer Beware! Terrible Customer Service and Misleading Sizing!

I am extremely disappointed with All Fan Gear. I ordered a Dallas Cowboys shirt that was advertised as true to size, but what I received was not at all what I expected. The sizing was completely off.

I contacted customer service and simply asked to exchange it for one size larger. I even provided photos. Instead of helping, they refused, stating that they only accept returns if they send the wrong item or if the product is damaged.

Their solution? Offer me a 10% discount so I could spend even more money purchasing another shirt! Why would I want to give this company more money when they won’t even stand behind their original purchase?

I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable. I just wanted a shirt that fit properly. Their response was disappointing, and they showed absolutely no willingness to make things right.

Be very careful ordering from this company. If the sizing isn’t what you expect, you could be stuck with something you can’t wear and no option to exchange it.

I would not recommend All Fan Gear and will never order from them again.
