I had the same experience as Devon Ward, except I didn't try to reach them. I spoke to the bank instead. This company covers fraudulent activity through this site and more.
In fact, there are at least two websites that run different businesses, look the same, and most importantly, are based in the exact same location and building, Antinois, 5B, Lakatameia, 2314, Nicosia, Cyprus, which is in -a house with several bedrooms, according to google map. They both managed to repeatedly steal money from my account until I discovered the fraud. The other fraudulent sister company website is at wheelstous.com
I STRONGLY ADVISE you not to interact with these two websites. They are scammers.

I never signed up to this company and somehow they took money from my account. When I spoke to them on their live chat, I was told that they would send me a copy of the form I “signed” when I “signed up” to the company. I never got them. Instead I received an email saying I would get a full refund and to expect the money in my account with 3-5 days (after the email was sent). That should have been in my account 9 days ago ant the latest. The company said they would be sure to check in on me within a week to check that the money came through okay. When it didn’t come through I went back on the live chat and was given an email to contact. I emailed the company about the issue and was told they would respond in 12-24 hours. They didn’t. I then emailed them again but with screenshots this time to hopefully get a response and was told they would respond within 12-24 hours. They didn’t. I then phoned the company and they told me to send a screenshot of the email saying I’d get a refund AGAIN! I was told they would respond within 12-24 hours. THEY DIDN’T. I’ve just called again and been told the managers have lots on and can’t get to me that quick. It has officially be 2 weeks and I still have no help or idea what’s going on. Such terrible customer service and so distressing when they have taken my money without my knowledge. I’ve been ghosted by the company without any explanation as to why and just simply want my money back like they said they would. I would advise anyone to not buy or interact this this company as they are extremely unreliable and unprofessional.
