The wind blew a branch off a tree and through a window at home, Pete was great he came straight out to board the double glazed full length window up and get the measurements for the new piece of glass he was professional and accommodating helped clean up all the broken glass assuring me it would be a couple of days until the new unit was ready. Sure enough he phoned to say it was ready on time and he came straight away and fitted it. Great price and service would definitely recommend

Excellent Service from Peter as always, I needed some glass shelves for my shop which were delivered on time at a great price. I have used All Glass and Glazing for over 25 years and have always found them extremely helpful, professional and polite.

Just had all glass and gazing out this is the 3rd job they have done for us now, as always excellent service, Pete and Josh were great, would 100% recommend very friendly family run business

Whilst Peter Nolan and his son did a good job I was left shaken, upset and frightened of Peter. I had to pay in advance for the job and a provisional date was arranged to replace the glass. I heard nothing from Peter so phoned twice to check if the glass arrived. On the phone I was told I was panicking, was desperate for the glass which hadn't arrived. I only asked if the glass had arrived and if the job would go ahead on the planned date! Peter phoned back to say the glass had arrived and he was setting off now to do the job. I tried to explain that I was working a late shift and so it wasn't possible to do the job that afternoon but Peter was abrupt and rude.
When Peter arrived he was surly. He parked in a neighbours parking space and when I asked if he could move to my parking space which was just as close he refused. I said how upset i was by his manner and he said he wouldn't do the job. Peter told me i looked like the type of person who complained about everything. Because I was worried about the glass I said I needed him to replace the glass. He did do but when his hoover seemed to stop working I asked if he would like to use a socket inside the house but he claimed not to hear me. It was an awful experience, he made an unpleasant comment about me as he left and I said there was no need for that and then he told me he was going to give me a much shorter warranty than he gave other people.
I walked away and locked the doors but as I walked away he shouted at me. I would never use AllGlass and Glazing in Harrogate again. Peter Nolan was verbally aggressive, unpleasant, threatening and had a very nasty manner. AVOID
