bad bad bad bad not good, not good

Appalling, do not use this company in their many guises their garments are substandard and when you try and get a refund this star of by offering you a 5th of what you paid for the item and then after months you agree a reduced refund they still don't give it to you 8 months now.

I’m still waiting for a refund on a dress, I have proof it’s been received but still no refund, this is about 5/6 months later. Utterly appalling company-stay away from them!

I received the dress today, very disappointed! Horrible job, cheat fabric. I could do better myself. Nothing like on their website. Be smart and do not use this company.

I to like everyone else bought a dress, nothing like I saw online. Material cheap and did not fit at all. I sent it back to where it came from and have been fighting with them to get my money back.
Sherry offered me 12% back take it or leave it.

The dress I got was totally different from what was shown on the website. The material was cheap and inferior and the style different. There was no return address on the envelope and to date I cannot get an address to return the dress. They offered to remake the dress at a cost of US$ 92 ( original price was US$ 184). Told them I am not paying since I didn't get what I ordered. Since December 2019 then I have been writing the company (two months now) and to date no response. They are a set of SCAMMERS. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody even if they giving away the dress for FREE. I have already lost US$234 ( inclusive of shipping). My order # 49225741

This is the biggest scam I have ever encountered! The material was cheap, quality less than poor. When I emailed to ask for a return address to return the dress for a refund I got nothing but the run around. They asked me to get it altered and they would pay. I said no. Then they asked me to try to sell it and they would give me 8% back. I again said no. I have now turned for help from my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

If you ever need to return something from this site.....DON'T EXPECT A REFUND!! I purchased an outfit in September, took almost 5 weeks to get and the quality and sizing was poor. I needed to purchase something else because the wedding is New Years Eve. I contacted via email( surprise there is no other way to contact). After almost a month of emails stating I needed to purchase something else and would like a refund...the final email stated "if you insist on a refund, we will send you the shopping instructions at a later date". DON'T USE THIS SITE!!!

I have turned to PayPal for assistance. This company is a scam, their return policy is dishonest and their dresses are cheap and crude imitations of the dresses in the pictures! They don't take them back and you will spend hundreds of dollars to get them fit at your tailor. And they'll still look cheap. Don't get fooled, they also go by other names than AllGown with the same photographs!

Terrible. Do not buy. No receipt, poor quality and fit. No ability to refund. Smoke and mirrors.

Allgown has Poor material and quality. AllGown return policy is a big lie, they did not want to take the dress back and asked me to sell it. They refused to return my money and stopped communicating despite several follow ups. I would not recommend to order anything from this website. Very poor customer service.

I was very anxious when I saw a bad review of all gown as I had already ordered my wedding dress. However, my experience appears to have been quite the opposite, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase, the dress is beautifully made with intricate detailing, it was purpose made and fitted perfectly. I could not be happier. I am considering also purchasing my bridesmaids dresses from
All gown. I appreciate there are bad companies out there, but from my experience this is not one of them. Excellent value for money!! And my dream wedding dress. That was exactly what it showed on the picture.

My experience of this website has not been good. The outfit I ordered didn't fit despite giving detailed measurements, the material was cheap and nasty, stitching amateur and not the right colour. It did not reflect at all the picture. I emailed 5 times for the address to return, all I got back was a message asking me to sell it or give it to charity plus an 8% goodwill refund. Their terms and conditions state that if you are not happy then to return within 15 days, the only problem is they won't give you the address. A lesson learned, buyer beware.
