They are a scam company. They will tell you one thing on phone then and then once they reach on site they will say another.
They charge you callout fee and then rest will be based on the remedial work. This is what they will tell you on phone.
But once they reach to your property, they will ask you to pay £100 for investigation. can you imagine so they charge you £60 only for driving from their office to your home and this is something they will not tell you over the phone.
So their call out fee is £160, BEAR IN MIND and do not fall in the trap. And after that I am sure they inflate any other charges.
In fact, I found their contractor not experienced enough. He was not able to figure out anything about the issue and was just making a guess.
