Operations Manager Paul Ouwerkerk was extremely helpful in assisting me over the phone.I was enquiring as to "possible" purchase of Stihl MSA 220 C-B Battery Chainsaw along with the AP 300 S battery which every Stihl Agent was waiting on o'seas supply.Paul explained that he was expecting shipment end of February.He promised to reserve battery for me ..which he did & due to his outstanding service etc I not only purchased the chainsaw but also the battery & Quick Charger..Paul is a credit to Alliance Hardware..thank you.
