They need to be cognizant of not wasting peoples time

I was pleased with the company until June 20th. I was asked to come back to the office on the 20th to pick up my bond. I got there at 2pm which was the time we agreed upon and Melissa was not there. In fact, she never showed up. So, I wasted my gas and time.

She was polite and friendly

She was polite and friendly. Even though it might not have been processed that same day she expressed that she would do everything that she could to help me get power of attorney the same day. Love her attitude and she welcomed me without frustration but with kindness.

I appreciate Mr. Hill

I appreciate Mr. Hill guiding me through the process of getting a Surety Bind for my new freight brokers business. He was very knowledgeable and kept constant communication with me every step of the way. I will be referring his services to others.
