This is the WORST option for a virtual address I DO NOT RECOMMEND. This is a SCAM. They force you into a 6 month contract and don’t even allow you AT LEAST three days to cancel in advance. I called 2 days after getting the virtual address to try to cancel because I cant even use their address for my RA which is pointless & they said I had a grace period to cancel & wouldn’t have to do the 6 months. They never sent a confirmation for this & i called again & they told me i cannot cancel & i am forced to pay for 6 months this is useless and a SCAM.. Give people at least 3 days to cancel you guys are scamming people. These people are the worst & are money hungry. My email is alesiasecure@yahoo

At sign-up, all clients review and accept the terms of the agreement, including the plan length, but we understand this may not have been clear in your case due to the miscommunication. Your feedback is incredibly valuable and helps us improve how we support new clients.
We’ve also tried locating your account using the name and email provided, but were unable to find a match. We’ve sent a request for more information so we can reach out directly and work on a resolution with you.

Alliance office practices and contract are very deceptive. When you sign up for live receptionist they bill you as virtual office live receptionist, which then locks you into a six-month agreement for virtual office and only provides the service of live receptionist. There is nothing in the contract
(#3 term and termination) stating
virtual office live receptionist.
Where as, live receptionist is a month to month agreement. Line items on their website show virtual offices and live receptionist, which are different services with different pricing. I will be contacting the FTC to file a complaint for further investigation.

Scam company. WE piId for mail forwarding and they never forwarded any of the mail that was sent there. Not 1 item was forwarded. We lost all out business mail, including from state and fed,that was sent to the address we were paying for.

This is the worse virtual office experience I’ve ever had! I was paying for their service that included 6 hours of conference room use, which when I booked the use of the room, they said that I have to pay $50 per hour. This is a complete scam operation! Buyers Beware!

Good luck getting customer service when you need it.
I was with them a few years. I echo another reviewer - I made a change to my account and then several clients (sending checks I needed) were returned (although I had received payments before). It has really put me in a bind. And...good luck trying to speak to someone or a manager when you need to get things escalated. I had to look up their leadership team to each a line staff to respond.

Great service. Until you want to change your service. Then it's impossible. The only way I could find to change service was to cancel my service by putting a stop payment on my credit card. Then, and only then, would anyone from the company reach out and want to talk. Unprofessional in my opinion.

Issues with Mail, Communication, Billing, and Unfulfilled Cancellation Promise. Avoid this Company.
I have never experienced this level of blatant unprofessionalism in my life. Over the past 6 months, Alliance Virtual Offices has shown a complete lack of accountability, communication, and basic service delivery.
In that time:
• I have never received a single piece of forwarded mail, including critical IRS and tax documents.
• I reached out to multiple support staff — no one responds.
• I was told to submit a “Formal Termination Notice” to cancel — but no such form exists on their website under the directed section.
• All emails regarding cancellation or support have been ignored.
• I was promised cancellation with no further charges after filing a BBB complaint — I accepted, and again, no follow-up and am being charged.
• Office location I was sold did not have staff onsite during normal business hours, which was promised during onboarding.
• I have been billed monthly since November 2024 for services I never received.
This company should not be advertising professional office services when they can’t deliver basic communication, staffing, or mail handling. They’ve wasted my time, cost money, put my business at risk, and failed to deliver the most essential service: receiving and forwarding mail. Absolute fraud built on empty promises.
Avoid this company at all costs.
