I had such an amazing experience from start to finish. She handled my set up and payment over the phone, then expeditiously emailed documentations that I needed to have electronically notarized. Once I was verified, she expedited my submission for certification of my virtual office. This has made my Friday! Service was 10 out of 10 definitely recommend!

Since my last review
Since my last review, their collection company has continued to contact me demanding paying for amounts that were more than double my last invoice from Alliance. The agent, Lindsey Ramirez, told me that she would send an invoice but never did. She then lowered the “amount due” and continued demanding payment. Due to not responding to Lindsey’s email within 24 hours, she sent me yet another email informing me that she was marking my account as “a refusal to pay.” When I asked what that meant, Lindsey said “ With all do respect there is no reason for me to continue entertaining you.”
Go with iPostal or another virtual office/mailbox service.

ALLIANCE VIRTUAL OFFICES IS A SCAM...
I intend to take legal action against these guys. They are outrageously incompetent. They have lost so many of my packages. Bills have gone unpaid. My credit score has been impacted. Credit cards have gone undelivered. My business has suffered. They've lost expensive packages belonging to me. Packages I paid a lot of money for. They've made no attempt to fix or resolve these issues... or refund my money. Their customer support is horrific. They've over-billed me. They've taken my money and not delivered their service as promised. Months worth of complaints have gone unresolved. It's clear they have no respect for their clients and have ZERO intention to solve problems. Forget all the good reviews you have read here. The truth about Alliance Virtual Offices is in the 1-star reviews. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.

You are the best and please show this email to your manager, because I've had multiple interactions with you and you're always prompt, trough and drive to a solution that has a positive outcome.
You are an excellent rep and deserve 10 STARS!!!
The reason I know is because I have run large call centers at two major corporations, and I have a great eye for talent.
You are the only reason, I’ve stayed with AVO and not gone to other competitors. Hopefully, I get will get you as a support rep more often than not, as I know it's a "Que" in the VRU system.
Unfortunately, I've had different experiences with other Support Reps and that is why I can only give the company a 2-star rating.
