I have waited 4 years for a single…

I have waited 4 years for a single response and had to threaten with BaFin - I will post an update to see how this goes.

I have been with Allianz 6 years for Dental, Legal and Liability insurances. Not once have they responded to an e-mail or contact form. They have absolutely zero customer service. No service from their corporate divisions or their branches.

Just to get an answer you have to go to one of their branches, and wait for one of their representatives to contact the appropriate team and maybe get an answer, but likely not.

There is no point of paying for this insurance becuase there is no evidence it exists.

Compleet incompetence

They have a shit site. I changed banks and now nothing works. I have called them and they say they will arrange everything. And nothing happened. Still i receive emails with payments i need to do. They do it with 2.of the 3.insurances i have and the other keeps coming in The mail. Compleet incompetence i would say. And I'm being mildly. No payment link. Its old-fashioned. Their website is completely shit. And the service too.

Don't pays in full and in time

This company don't pays full damage…
This company don't pays full damage cost for civil responsible person from Germany. The company don't pays in full as I am from another country. They don't pay the VAT. It took me 8 month to get partial refund for my damaged rear bumper.
Allianz has money to pay advertising at the Winter Olimpiad but not to pay for insurance!!!

After this review Allianz finally paid in full. It took almost a year to solve the matter.

You can never leave

Before cancelling your car insurance, get legal insurance. But not from Allianz!
My car came to the end of its lease. I informed Allianz. They noted the end date and told me the contract would be terminated. Then they charged me for the following year, which is normal (be an insurance company; they have great cash flow). When the car was deregistered, they refunded the whole amount, instead of subtracting the 10 days' difference they were due. And now they've put a collections firm on my tail for the whole premium for next year, for a car they know I do not own, for a contract correctly marked 'ended' in my online account. I am using the very long call centre wait time to write this nice review. I hope you like it.

Non-existent customer service

I reached out to Allianz in August for a simple recommendation for a medical professional. Four months and multiple follow-ups later, I still haven’t received a response. Meanwhile, they were quick to remind me about my premiums and deduct them on time. I can only shudder to think what their service would be like if I actually had a claim.
