Bad experience with conservatory roof replacement
Book a replacement for a conservatory roof (from plastic to tiled) on February 2021. Installation happened on April, more or less in line with dates agreed. The whole work should have happened in 1 week (removal of old roof, installation of new one, electric work and plastering of new ceiling), but when installing the spotlights the electrician discovered that a mistake was done by them and cables had no electricity, meaning that to fix it they opened holes in my brand new plastered ceiling and wall to make a new wiring. It took one month (and multiple phone calls) for the company to complete the work. After a three months discovered that one end of the gutter (all new, installed by them) is missing (never installed), meaning water flowing down the wall every time it rains (the wall is now green). After 7 calls and more than one month later problem is not fixed yet.
They provide a good product, and communication/attention is very good until installation, but if something goes wrong you will need to chase them and it will take forever to be fixed. Just another Company that is interested on work as an assembly line, terrible customer experience, not recommended
