Shocking experience. Booked my collection and no one turned up. Tried to call and got told someone would get back to me. I then heard nothing and no one answers the phone or replies to emails. Don’t bother

Danto was so lovely & friendly. My clothes have all been ironed well, returned in good condition & in great time! He both messaged me & called ahead of time to make sure I was home first before coming round - that was super helpful as trains can delay things & you always want to make sure you don’t miss them, adjusted his arrival time to my availability which so was super helpful. Very happy with the overall job & experience

All collected on time and returned when they said. All ironing done , but wanted the shirts folded (not on hangers). Very good service.

What a joke of a company... Booked a pickup, no one turned up. About half an hour after the time slot I called their number to explain this. A guy picked up saying 'Oh sorry don't know why that has happened I'll try and get a message to the person whose meant to be picking up'. I asked if this happened a lot and the answer was basically 'errr no'. Based on what many people are saying here it looks to me like it happens a hell of a lot....I also sent an email explaining no one had come. Not had a response, its been a week since I sent it... Feel like I'm going mad at times at the lack of service and commo decency in this country these days....

I had a mountain of ironing and because of circumstances had been putting it off. Phil from All Ironed Out collected the washing and returned it in a professional and friendly manner. Kiarni has done a fantastic job and I am very grateful.
I would not hesitate to use the service again.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Booked collection for 1st time order and waited in between 5-8pm for collection… nothing!! No one arrived to collect my order, no call to explain no email to advise. Called the number on their website and the gentleman who answered offered no apology at all. Just said until he could get in touch with the lady who should have collected my order he couldn’t give me any more information!! ‘Charlotte’ never contacted me to explain why she didn’t collect or apologise for the inconvenience caused. Sounds very much like a franchise business model which isn’t working, extremely poor customer service, doesn’t feel like they really care if they do or don’t collect your order! Still waiting for a call…. I should have listened to other reviews who reported the same thing…. Be very weary booking this company. Reliability, professionalism & customer service definitely not on their priority list.

Don’t use them if you’re a professional.
Cancelled at 21:30 way after latest time for collection saying they don’t cover my city….
…which the site checks before letting you book. All booked for urgent 24hr turn around I was paying extra for needed for big client presentation.
All booked day before and assigned to driver to collect.
Day of collection the collection time slot came and went. Called contact phone number which was answered just with Hello and I had to check this was All Ironed Out business, man said it was head office. Explained issue. He said the driver will call me and might just be running late.

Never got a call back. I then called back 50mins after latest collection time and it goes to voicemail saying it’s their annual company holiday and they will reopen in October… (it’s Dec 8 2025).

Then 21:30 get email saying my booking is cancelled because they don’t cover my city….
I checked and they are still accepting bookings all over my city.

No way for me at almost 10pm to find someone that will now do 24hr turn around. But as had contract with collection and drop off for post code they checked before accepting the contract asks them to cover the cost of a same day service. They refused so now I’ll post reviews so people know what to expect. Don’t use them if you’re a professional and need a reliable service.

Such an easy service to use and very reliable. Book a collection and drop off dates and clothes come back perfectly ironed. Great service. Thank you

First time I have used all ironed out. Phill collected the ironing at the given time, he was a very pleasant man. The ironing was done by Linda and she did an excellent job.! Thank you Linda !
Ironing was returned as arranged. All in all a good service, one I would definitely use again.

I have had my ironing done twice now by Lynn and it’s always to a high standard. I would highly recommend her services.

I cant comment on the quality of ironing as we didnt get that far. Kim was a no show for my collection despite the operator advising me twice he would check if everything was okay as I mentioned I was time limited.

Unfortuantely, despite the booking been confirmed via email Kim was indeed a no show which resulted in my booking been cancelled the next working day.

This is not a very professional or reliable service and I suggest you look elsewhere for your ironing needs or you might be left hanging out to dry instead of pressed and ready to go...

Excellent ironing service produced by Lynne everything was so sharp and look so brand new.

Definitely will be using the service again.
