Thank you to the wonderful Annabelle at Allison Homes in Norwich! We had initially looked at other developments within Norwich until we 'stumbled' across The Oaks, where we met the ever-so-lovely Annabelle. From our very first meeting with her, she really made us feel welcome, and she left us with such a positive and memorable impression of her. The knowledge that she has, her hardwork and dedication to the job, and to helping customers like us find and secure our dream home is apparent, and we really could not have done it without her. Nothing was ever too much for her, and she 'bent over backwards' to assist us. A beautiful person inside and out, Annabelle is such a kind, down-to-earth, friendly, and bubbly person, who has such a lovely way of making you feel seen and heard, and I feel like we have known her for years. Seeing her on the development is like seeing your best friend ☺️ With a lovely smile and such a warm presence, she brightens up everyone's day, and we really can't envisage having anybody else as the 'face' of The Oaks. Perhaps it should be renamed 'Annabelle Homes' 😆 A fantastic development, with some of the most lovely people working on it - from Annabelle, George, Liam, and Mark (Burt), we genuinely consider all of them to be like family to us!

Huge thank you to Tracy at Abbey Park, Thorney. We recently brought a property on this development. Her knowledge, experience and helpfulness was brilliant, which definitely helped with the stress of buying a home. I would definitely recommend Tracy and the team at Abbey Park. We can’t thank them enough.

Moved in to our new house at the end of march, build quality is great and Liam and George the site managers have consistently been helpful going above and beyond with any small issue we have had or help we have needed

All round great and smooth experience. Customer care teams always available to help, special thanks to tareena who has helped me with a couple slight issues that have been resolved fast, made getting my first home much easier and less stressful than I imagined

Tracy welcomed us warmly, showing us around the show home and letting us see one of the homes for sale. She answered all our questions, including those about part exchange and assisted buying. Finally, she promptly emailed us some paperwork. We came away knowing what we would have to do, to purchase one of the lovely homes on offer.

Good customer service

BE WARNED! Frampton Gate development. In just over a year we have had far too many issues that need to be resolved, a particular staff member has been mostly proactive in addressing these, however the volume of short cuts, poor quality finish and missed items should not be happening. 3 front doors due to damage and ill fitting, 3 hobs due to electrical fault issues, 2 fridge freezers due to first one just stopping working after a few weeks, 2 downstairs toilets due to faulty pan not flushing correctly, 3 room wall thermostats stopped working, badly scratched glazing units. Extractor fan ducting left lying on top of loft insulation. Some of these items have been resolved and some are on a list to be resolved. Plot signed off for handover when building regs not fully complied with, missing ground pipe for rain water soakaway, x2 missing gutter downpipes, wrong size extraction ducting for hob extraction hood deeming manufacturer warranty void (it has been agreed the cooker hood will be replaced, quite rightly so) missed half height tiling in a bathroom, floor underneath carpet in living room uneven and left with rubble on top, had to chase for the “home pack” completed end of March but no home information pack provided until November! If this sounds more like a review for what was Larkfleet Homes and their very poor reputation for quality it’s because Allison Homes rebranded what was Larkfleet Homes. The level of inconvenience and interruption to daily lives has been totally unacceptable. We did plan on investing in 2 further properties however after a few months of moving in we had no intentions of buying another Allison Homes branded property. I’m quite sure Allison Homes will post a reply to this, however whatever they have to say or apologise for it will in no way justify the volume of issues handed over in the property for us to deal with, if it was any other item being purchased in the UK it would have been returned to the seller for a full refund or replacement!

Having moved to Norwich not knowing anyone in the area, we are thankful to have met two of the loveliest people, George and Liam. They have been very helpful and supportive. Nothing is too much for them. They go above and beyond and we are very grateful that we have met them at Allison Homes. They have been so friendly and welcoming and we really do feel at home now!

The gentleman who we met was very welcoming and accommodating. He took the time to show us a few properties regardless of the fact we hadn’t booked an appointment.

I needed to move house on a tight timescale, and from meeting Sean in the Sales Office at end of Jan, to moving into my new home at King’s Meadow in March, I’ve had a really positive experience with Allison Homes. I honestly didn’t think I’d be in on schedule, but everyone on the team was so helpful in pushing my purchase forward. A special mention to Richard, the Site Manager, whose team are friendly and respectful on site, and to Chloe, Customer Experience Manager who, with Richard, personally guided me through the house checklist on move in day. They’ve both cheerfully dealt with any queries I’ve had over recent weeks. I’d say the follow up service from this Developer has been exemplary and has exceeded my expectations. I’d a couple of small questions/issues and a few decoration ‘snags’ after move in, but Rob Bedford’s standard of finish was meticulous. The design and overall finish of the home is good, and I particularly appreciate the quality fixtures and fittings esp in bathrooms. As a first time purchaser of a new build property, I was a bit nervous about the process, but can honestly say I’ve felt really well looked after. Chloe has checked in regularly, also Tareena in Allison Homes main office helping take care to make sure I’m happy and settling in. 100% recommend Allison Homes to anyone thinking of a new build purchase.

Charlie at St Mary’s Chase has been so helpful the past weekend (a bank holiday weekend too!) at helping us find our dream first home!

As first time buyers, she took the time to show us our options and explain thoroughly the process and guided us the whole way through!

I visited twice on the same day to show my parents the property too because I was so impressed and unlike other developers, I didn’t feel rushed to make a decision! I can’t thank her enough for how helpful she has been and I’m so excited to move into my new home in the next few months😊

The lady was very pleasant & really made an effort to help despite not having houses available to view that were in our price range.

Annabelle was very friendly and informed us of the plots and types of houses and when they would become available. We also discussed part exchange. She answered all our questions and asked if we had any more to ask. We are interested in a plot and is going to keep us informed when it becomes available. We have visited several housing developments and Annabelle was the best we've spoken to. She is a real asset to Allison Homes.

Very happy with our new home at Corby Glen. Great location, well- thought put house design, high quality specification and construction and very good value. Purchase process and minor snagging work all handled very efficiently. We’ve been particularly impressed by how everyone at Allison homes has been really keen to make sure we’re satisfied with our purchase - and we definitely are!!!

I would like to thank the team for the after sales service we’ve received since moving to the kings meadow development. Tareena from the customer service team and Rob Bedford have gone the extra mile to ensure all the minor issues were dealt with in a professional manner to the highest standard.

Sales man was very friendly and not pushy. Expected hard sell but felt very relaxed and everything explained and questions answered
