We had a great experience purchasing our new home on Beaufort gardens in market deeping. All staff have been brilliant from start to finish. In house solicitors were superb also. (We are both mortgage advisors, so have dealt with plenty, but Ison Harrison have been amazing)
Angie on sales has been great, and offered brilliant communication and support.
Chloe (relationship manager) and Grant (site manager) have gone above and beyond. We had a small leak on moving day, and it was resolved within an hour. Grant in particular has been incredible. It’s great to have a site manager who is hands on, and genuinely cares about customers! Couldn’t fault the team at all, and would highly recommend!
The finish with an Allison home is far superior to our previous larkfleet home, and we are very happy! 5 star service!

We had a really positive experience with the site management team at Frampton Gate especially Nick and Paula, which was really important for us as First Time Buyers. Although there were a few snags identified after completion, they handled everything quickly and efficiently, even the ones we discovered ourselves. Their responsiveness was impressive. Paula was very kind-hearted and makes conversations feel so light.

Also Roxy at Sales Team , she’s highly knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and approachable.

They made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free, and their attitude truly stood out. It genuinely felt less like dealing with a company and more like being supported by a family. Highly appreciated.

If I could give Allison Homes more than five stars, I would.

This is our third move into a new-build property, and I can say without hesitation that this experience beats the other two with ease. From start to finish, the service we have had hasn't just been professional; it has been a masterclass in how home buying should be.

While the entire team at Beaufort Gardens deserves recognition, we want to extend a massive thank you to Angie, Grant, and Chloe. They were the heartbeat of our move.

Angie made the administrative and sales side feel incredibly personal. We never felt like just another plot number; she was warm, enthusiastic, and ensured nothing was rushed. Every procedure was explained with patience and clarity.

Grant has ensured the transition into the home itself was seamless. Grant is friendly, easygoing and his attention to detail and dedication to the site is evident the moment you walk through the front door. Despite the fact he is often rushing around the site, you feel like you are getting a very bespoke personal service from him.

Chloe is lovely and has been quick to answer any post sale queries we had and arranged for minor work to be carried out far quicker than I would have expected. She gives thorough and thought out explanations to all queries raised.

The house itself is extremely well-built and finished to a high standard. In any new build, you expect a few "snags," but ours were incredibly minor and more importantly, they were sorted almost immediately.

Any queries we raised throughout the build and move-in were responded to with impressive speed.

We opted for the Part Exchange scheme, which can often be a stressful route, but with Allison Homes, the process was smooth running from beginning to end.

The level of care we received felt genuinely personal, the move itself has had a number of little touches which were completely appreciated.

It is rare to find a developer that balances efficiency with such a personal touch. Allison Homes and the team here have set the gold standard for us, and we couldn't be happier in our new home.

We moved into our new home last week, Paula and Michael in particular have been extremely helpful from the minute we met them. Paula has been in contact frequently making sure everything is okay, she delivered a helpful and thoughtful house demo along with going above and beyond when supporting with any requests I have had in the last week. She has responded to my queries very quickly and has always called me to ensure things have been resolved thoroughly which has taken the stress off moving home with two young children. From the minute we moved in Michael has been on hand to answer any questions and solve any minor issues quickly and efficiently. He has also taken the time to come to the house in person a few times to ensure everything is okay and offered great customer service when doing so. Overall they have both supported us with a smooth and calm move in process and we are very impressed.

I have just moved into my new bungalow at Frampton Gate. It's great design, well built cosy and warm.
A big shout out to Roxy who kept me informed on how the build was going every week.
Any problem or issues I had was discussed by another two members of the site team Paula and Nick who helped rectify any problems as soon as possible.
Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase of my new bungalow from Allison Homes.

These 5 stars belong to Rachel Brown, not only did we trust her judgment on viewing plot 250 she reassured us the whole way through, being first time buyers it’s a scary world but if you’re Lucky enough to have Rachel guide you through the process it will be a blast. Thank you once again to Allison homes on our beautiful new home but mainly a huge thank you to Rachel for being patient & guiding us every step of the way, a true credit to Allison homes 😊

Just moved in to our new home on Venus Fields, Needham Market and it is amazing. Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to our site manager Steve and his team Lou and Wayne they have been nothing but wonderfull !!!!

I cannot express highly enough how wonderful Richard and Chloe have been throughout our move to Kings Meadow. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and truly exceptional customer service have shone through at every stage. They have gone above and beyond at every opportunity, and we could not be more grateful.
We are absolutely delighted with the build quality delivered by Richard and his team — it’s clear they take real pride in their work.

Popped into the Wootton Grange Showroom yesterday and met Tania who was very helpful regarding our enquiry to purchase one of the Allison Homes on the estate. All of the options regarding the purchase of the property were clearly explained and we hope to be in touch with her in the near future.

Roxy was very welcoming and friendly. She answered every question that we asked and was very knowledgeable about the build of the houses. We visited quite a few of the developers in the area and in comparison (apart from one other), the others left me with no interest to buy a house. Thanks Roxy for showing us around the gorgeous houses.

We have just moved into our dream home on the Beaufort Gardens development and honestly cannot speak highly enough of how amazing our experience has been from start to finish! 3 extra special shout outs to Angie who is just utterly amazing at her job always going above and beyond and honestly caring so much about making sure you get the best and everything is done correctly, keeping you updated with everything, just feel in great hands knowing she is always there! Will who without him we wouldnt have got our forever home so cannot ever thank them enough. Finally Grant, who already seems so on the ball with sorting anything out and making sure things are getting done, and that we are happy so thank you thank thank you, the best team there is!!!

My husband and I had a great experience visiting Sophie at their Thorney Park estate. She was friendly, helpful and had answers to all our questions. It was a pleasure reserving our house with her and we can’t wait to complete and move in. Sophie is keeping in contact along the way and on hand whenever I have questions. Go see her at the new Whittlesey site and get that beautiful Allison Homes house of yours reserved!

Sophie at Abbey Park was without a shadow of doubt the most helpful and engaged we have found during the search for our next home. She went out of her way to answer any queries and was always, always contactable via phone or WhatsApp. A true professional and fun to be around. My husband and I both highly rate Sophie’s professional, knowledge and insights. Allison Homes are lucky to have her!!

First class service, Annabella replied on a Sunday and was very knowledgeable on visit.

Claire from Cranbrook Grange Somersham was very friendly, helpful, informative and very knowledgeable about the site and houses.. this gave us confidence in the development and any questions she had to refer to her Manager, she did immediately with efficiency and on each occasion came back to us with a response as quickly as was possible.

Shaun made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. He listened to what we wanted in a new home and paired us up with 2 properties. One of which fits the bill down to the last detail. There was no pressure and he gave us lots of information and allowed us to go off by ourselves to view some homes around the estate. We've not experienced this at other companies we have visited.

We visited the showroom at Beaufort Gardens, Market Deeping on numerous occasions. On every visit Angie was kind, courteous and extremely helpful. She did her utmost to help us and went above and beyond to ensure every avenue was explored. Thank you

i have been sent this (how was my visit form) 25 times and not counting the 30 times before . this is nothing short of harassment have complained before about the shocking customer services and a CEO contacted us which was a waste of time think maybe legal advise is needed here
