We recently had a viewing appointment with Annabelle from Allison Homes, and we wanted to share our appreciation for the wonderful experience she provided.

Even though we eventually chose a different property, we genuinely felt the need to acknowledge her approach. She was incredibly warm, friendly, and professional throughout the viewing. The way she explained everything made us feel completely at ease — it honestly felt like we were talking to a cousin in our own family.

Her ability to connect, guide, and make us comfortable truly stood out. Annabelle is a fantastic representative for Allison Homes, and we wanted to convey our heartfelt thanks for her time and support.

Rachel and Sean at the Grantham's Manthorpe chase development were friendly and informative. We were not pushed into buying anything and everything was explained in detail. We did not purchase a home but we were made to feel welcome and our requirements understood. Thank you.

Richard and Chloe couldn’t have done more to make moving in and settling down any easier. Phone calls and home visits to ensure everything was ok several times. This is my 4th new build and this is the best service I’ve received.

Rob was fantastic and friendly! Really polite and professional. He came and fixed a handful of jobs to a high standard with the utmost respect to me and my property! After numerous problems with other companies rob came and made good of their mistakes! It was reassuring to have a decent workman come out!

OK until you have bought and completed and unless you notice anything within a week or so at snagging customer care are a nightmare to get things done and won't address issues or resolve and just blame house buyer on a lot of issues. Initially started well but avoid where possible. Have to chase constantly and still after two years awaiting things and no response after weeks and small things take months to get done. Feel totally let down as they sold me my property and misled me with information at time and have not kept to that and not warned so would not have bought the plot had known. No protection for buyers once they have got their money. Allison homes used to have a good reputation. Dreamed of a new Allison home but have found experience very disappointing and stressful unfortunately although some people you deal with are nice and helpful but have been let down drastically. On plus side nice house styles and seem to be built well although prices seem inflated to market averages.

As for your response Customer Care can't be bothered to speak to me or get back to me after many emails chasing weeks after promises. With regards other problems stated wanted lengthy email with concerns rather than a conversation which knew would come to nothing so total waste of my time.

Me and my partner were the first people to reserve at the Beaufort garden opening event. Even before we reserved I had regular contact with Angie ensuring we were up to date on when we would be able to come and view potential homes. Throughout the process from reservation in May to completion in September Angie was amazing always providing us with updates. Angie allowed us to have as much time as we needed choosing our options which was really helpful! Since completing Angie and Grant have been amazing ensuring we are okay and have everything we need. We would highly recommend and have had an amazing experience buying our first home! Thank you to all the Allison home team we appreciate every single one of you🫶🏼

Went to visit a show home at Kings Meadow Fernwood as we are currently exploring our options in the area. Shaun was fantastic from the first communication by phone to slotting us in for an appointment that afternoon, he was completely transparent and went through all the details and importantly the numbers we would be looking at if we were to take the leap into a new home. He then walked us down to the house and showed us round answering any questions we had with interest and detail. A great customer experience and a pleasure to deal with Shaun. Not pushy in any way but wanted to ensure our needs and requirements were understood and met. Very approachable and we had a laugh with him and fully enjoyed the experience. Just how it should be! Thank you.

Melania at Cranbrook grange was and is excellent from start to finish if we have any problems Melania is the person how is always happy to help

Faultless! knowledgeable, friendly, professional member of staff. Pre-called to check we were still attending which was great as a reminder for people who forget (which we didn't)

I moved into my house a couple of months ago and Paula, the Customer Experience Manager, has been fantastic! She is super friendly and nothing ever feels like too much!

Visit was really interesting. A very spacious site, from what we saw the properties seemed to be built to a good spec. For what you get in a property they are well priced and affordable. A well thought out site. Site manager very pleasant and informative.

I would like to take the opportunity to say a big THANK YOU to Allison Homes to make the journey to move in our first home so smooth. From the very beginning of the journey, Josh made the sales process very easy and comfortable for both of us and answered every question with utmost importance, however trivial and stupid they be. We got some great upgrades as well which we really liked. After our move in, Paula was our go to person. And I want to mention that she has been really very kind and prompt to respond to all our concerns and solve them very quickly. Although, worth mentioning, we did not had any trouble after we moved in (albeit few very small issues which were readily resolved) and now we have settled in quite nicely, thanks to the entire team of Allison Homes, specially to Josh, Paula, Gage and Danny. I would definitely recommend Allison Homes to all my friends and family looking out for a home move.

Sophie and Annabelle was amazing through the whole process of us buying our home, they kept us updated all times and always helped us when needed!
