Faulty items
I ordered a black square neck midi dress and was so excited to receive it, however first time I put the dress on it ripped along the seam in 2 areas and caused large holes that couldn't be covered. So the dress has never been worn. I contacted the company straight away and haven't had any response back, which just isn't great. I appreciate they may not have wanted to issue a refund but a response would have been nice. I may try sewing the dress back up myself but that's not really the point. I was really pleased that I had finally managed to buy myself something from Allneutrals as I have followed and really liked the brand for a while, so I do feel very disappointed.

Really really comfy !
The colour of the joggers and sweater is great, they are really really comfy ! I’ve just gone one star down because I though the material might be thicker, but I love the subtle allneutrals logo on the pieces and I would definitely shop from this brand again xx
P.S I’m a size 10 and I got small for the sweater which fitted perfectly and medium for the bottoms which fitted oversized on me so if you wanted oversized top you should go up to a medium and a more fitted bottom then go down to a small.

First time ordering…
This was my first time ordering from Allneutrals and I’ve been blown away with the quality of the clothing, and the amazing customer service.
The long sleeve bodysuits sold out really quickly, however Jack and a member of their Instagram account went out of their way to let me know that sizes had come back into stock after recounting. They made me aware before updating the website so I could get my hands on them.
The bodysuits themselves are incredibly quality. Double lined so not see through, and super soft 100% cotton.
The sleeves are very long so do cover my hands, but I’m happy with this.
Overall an amazing experience and will definitely be ordering again in future.

Amazing quality
I just received my allneutrals long sleeved white bodysuit and the quality is amazing. I am obsessed with it, it's great as it's not see through which was the reason I bought it in the first place. As a Muslim it's hard to find white items that aren't see through, this will be great to layer to. Need all the colors now 😍 xx
