The parking itself was excellent. The reservation process through Allo park failed resulting that same day in refusal by the parking to host the people who had paid. I was accepted nevertheless but the interface between allopark and partners needs an update

The parking company cancelled all reservations made through Allopark.com. At the end we could not park our car.

It will cost me around 200€ for booking a new .
I booked parking near the airport for an upcoming trip, reserving it well in advance—a whole month ahead! However, at the last moment, I received an email stating that my booking had been canceled. This has caused significant inconvenience and stress as I now have to scramble for an alternative.
Such practices are unacceptable, especially when reliability is crucial. I strongly advise others to think twice before booking here to avoid being caught in a similar situation. Trust and advance planning should mean something!

Parking was closed when we arrived.
Already 5 or 6 cars before us waiting. People who's car was on the parking and came from the airport arrived by taxi. They waited at the airport for 2 hours for the transfer bus to pick them up. But the bus did not come so they took a taxi. But as the parking was closed they could nog get their car. Police was called. We also had to take a taxi to get to the airport and back by arrival. Cost us 70 euro extra in Total!!!!
Never again!!! This is a fraude!!! Do not use this parking!!!

To go to the airport, we had a shuttle which was in very bad condition.
The parking lot was overcrowded.
For the return, no one came to pick us up from the airport.
When I tried to reach someone on the phone, nobody answered.
So we had to take a taxi.
The guy giving us back our car was not helpful and rather unsympathetic.
I will not recommend this company

Your driver was 20 minutes late to the pick up point which made me miss our flight. I had to take a hotel room at the airport and pay to change the tickets

The person in the station/driver was very helpful
We booked a parking and when we arrived there was no space avaible. They said to us to go to another parking and ask for remboursement! We were luckly and we did mangage to find a spot and arrived in time at the airport. Coming back from the airport everything went smoothly, but I will never book again with them!

Made a mistake with the date. Asked to switch as it's a parking, had to pay twice as it's apparently impossible to change.

unpleasant experience with Gate Park:
- charged extra by the parking company (5 euro - airport tax??)
- looong waitning time for the shutlle back (50 min)
- extra waiting time in the parking...
- I was not on the list of the parking company.
A pretty annoying booking, full of little frustrating things.

Great expérience from the release of the car to the pick up.
In charge of the shuttle very sympatic and helpful
We had planned for a lovely holiday on a sunny island and had booked a parking spot with Allopark near the airport.
We got a booking confirmation and followed the instructions to call the parking in advance of our arrival. They confirmed they were expecting us.
When we arrived at the parking in time for transfer / boarding etc, we were told there was no more place on the parking and that they confirmed again we were on their list, but that they did not work anymore with Allopark as Allopark exceeded their assigned capacity and did not pay the correct rates.
We could not reach Allopark as we wanted them to provide an alternative. The guy at the parking told us to search at another parking, but the only parking we could still find in the few minutes we had left that had still capacity available (it was Easter holiday period) was the airport VIP parking, at a very high rate.
When contacting Allopark later, they said they would pay back what we had paid to them (still waiting for that as the creditcard transaction has not yet been booked), but for the additional costs they referred to their partner that owned the parking (and which whom we had no contractual relationship at all).
We think that it is only fair that Allopark pays us back our full cost and arrange themselves with their partner.
I hope that they will still do.
All in all, it was a very stressful situation because we feared we could not find a timely solution and the support and customer friendliness of Allopark did not meet our expectations at all.

Crooks! After the mandatory 1/2 hrs in advance call they weren’t present. Phonenumber was suddenly out of order, big & high steel doors were partially closed and the parking space was a disaster, looked like a scrapyard. One person came out the parking place on a electric step & was first claiming that an empty shuttle was full , then that we should call his boss and in one breath that the company was closed and could whipe my butt with the pre-paid reservation. Dickheads . Don’t book it!! When it is cheap then it’s sucks

I claim my money back and I am going to report what happened to the police. Despite I already paid they refused to let me, there was a guy aggressive and unpolite shouting at us and he said that alloparking is responsible and they have no contract with us. I tried to make a video and he grabbed my phone violently shouting at me. I was scared and went away, I am still shocked m but I will report this to the police
