Glad I found the parts I needed on Allparts...I have to admit they are not always competitively priced for some things but when I need specific things - in this case fretwire - they can be relied on

I needed a tuning mech for an imminent gig. Ordered for delivery next day before 1pm, and had it by 10am. Royal mail failed to keep their tracking up to date, but I can't fault AllParts for that.

I ordered a tortoiseshell pick guard for my recently acquired Gibson Cromwell guitar, very pleased with the quality of the pick guard. Delivery very quick.

Prompt delivery coupled with a very professional service. Unfortunately the item delivered did not fully match what was advertised on the website. As my requirements were very specific, and a replacement was not available, it was necessary to return the goods. However, the return and refund process was very quick, simple and straightforward.
