I attempted to verify my age via this company.
I attempted to verify my age via this company and they would only allow me to do so if I gave them my bank details. According to OFCOM the government department that drafted the Age Verification legislation there are a number of other ways the individual can verify their age. None of these were offered to me so I have now complained to OFCOM,and suggest that anyone in a similar situation should do so too.
Useless age verification
Not fit for purpose
Not fit for purpose, doesn’t work and customer assistance non existent.
DO NOT USE!
DO NOT USE!
I put my credit card details in and 2 days later £700 goes out my account for a Greek hotel (prior to this I've never had issues with online fraud as I always only use amazon)
Whether the website isn't secure or its a scam website itself is unknown.
But if you've given any Crefit card information, cancel and get a new card ASAP!
Their system doesn't work
Their system doesn't work. I gave them my credit card and then it locked me out of the site saying we were unable to verify your age. I cannot put in another card as I failed my verification. I cannot do anything. I am totally locked out. These age verification systems are not fit for purpose. This should have been ironed out long before this system went live.
Useless
7 times they tried to verify my age by email then said that verifying my age by email wasn't an option. So why put it as an option. Then they wanted me to either verify my age by credit card or bank account number. I emailed them to say there isn't a cat in halls chance of my doing either.
Absolute joke
Everything went wrong

You'd better not make ANY mistakes!
You'd better not make ANY mistakes!! :)
Even if you are an adult, a single mistake can fully lock you out, and support refuse to help. I was told there is no way to re-apply after failing verification, despite that being stated no where in their OWN terms and conditions. In fact their Ts & Cs imply you should be able to re-apply after a 72 hour period.
Absolutely useless.
Avoid this site is just after your card…
Avoid this site is just after your card details
Verification for Age failed even when following their directions
UPDATE REVIEW:
According to their support team after back and forth with emails, they only accept credit cards to confirm age of a user. This is even when the site did NOT mention what kind of card they required.
Tried to sign up to a website, they redirected me to allpasstrust to "Verify Age" due to the new UK government policy.
I went through with the card verification & followed the normal 3DS verification with approving the verification.
But as soon as I clicked verifed on the site, it appeared with the "Sorry verification failed, you can no longer have access". I emailed their support & the last email I received from them was the following:
Please make sure you're not using a pre-paid card, you have 3DS enabled & the card is not expired. If you have all the above, you will need to make a new account with another email address & try again."
Yeh I'm not going to do that as you're just collecting information, your site is flawed. Instead just use a VPN.
Doesn't work
Doesn't work, despite being 30+.
Haven’t had an issue with other providers, don’t use these guys.

Utter crap - doesn’t work, the porn sites must be losing millions as nobody can access them now these clowns are involved. Muppets
What a disgraceful company
What a disgraceful company, you can’t even contact
Them, no response from E/mail.
Why is that when they introduce safety for the greater good, no one try’s it first to see if it works.
