following credit card fraud, I contacted them via chat and they immediately responded and found a solution

They guide me through everything I needed and I'm happy they got back to me.

In a strange way I got an account.. and they took money from my creditcard for credits on their website.
Send a message and get a refund and they canceld my account. Good service!

I never signed up to this website. I was buying something on some Amazon site, I started to put my payment details and after I am finished the system charged me and redirected me to this website and told me that I successfully registered my self in this Perfume shop VIP membership!! and after few days they charged my card again automatically. I contacted the website by email and explained the issue to them. They apologized to me and they offered me immediate solutions or a refund. I went for the refund option. I am glad my issue was solved. Best regards

At the beginning of my membership, I did not immediately understand how good and inexpensive you could buy a particularly good perfume. A great system that is probably popular worldwide..... a loan without a big burden.

It have been a long time to update review about my extremely bad experience on this site. As I said before, I will share more once I confirm whether I will receive a refund or not. Then I actually received the refund notification email on March 28 (perhaps March 27 for Europe), and on April 1 the refund actually appeared in my account. Oh my godness, I was not completely confident that I would be able to receive my refund this quickly.
Actually, this website's customer service is extremely good. They responded and resolved all my issues quickly. That’s why I'm really happy and grateful even though I also made some mistakes in this experience but in the end I got a good result. My advice to everyone is to contact their customer support immediately if you encounter any problems and the most important thing is please really read carefully all terms and policies of this website or all websites you intend to buy online. Don't be like my bad experience before.
