We had our nearly 15yr old Westie put to sleep on Sunday. I rang Brian after he had been highly recommended to me and even though it was Sunday he took her in for us.
I felt I was leaving my little girl somewhere that would care for her like she was their own. Thank you Brian , you were brilliant.

After one of the hardest days of my life, I don’t think Brian could’ve done anything else; he was very caring and helpful when we had to let our Toby go, I’d recommend no one else other than Brian in these very sad times, thank you for everything

He explained everything so well, you know you are getting an incredible service from start to finish. It was great that we could spend time with Millie (our little dog) there, and he put us at ease.
We were given great support and found the experience although difficult easier because of him. We stayed and went home with our Millie and two memory bears and a scatter tubes in just over an hour

After losing our beloved pet ferret Mollie at 8 1/2 year old
From the moment i made the call to Brian and upon arrival at the resting place, i could tell that she and us were in safe hands.
Brian laughed and joked with us which made a difficult experience quite alot easier.

What can I say it’s been 3 weeks since we losted our beautiful and much loved west highland terrier Marley at the age of 14 and 2months . About a year before I was searching for pet cremation on the internet and came across All pets at peace in Epworth .. considering I grew up in Epworth I knew I wanted to take his remains home and have him cremated .. Brian was very helpful the cremation was due to take place on 20th December ,but because Marley died before the vet could euthanise him .. we brought the funeral forward .. it was the saddest car journey with me and my two children .. Brian met us outside and he gently told the children to wait in the waiting room , while he carried Marley in .. Brian was very professional ,with in an hour we was leaving with Marley ashes. ..

Our beloved Revan had to be put to sleep on Thursday, this was the hardest decision to make and the pain of losing him was (still is) raw.

We had been given the prognosis a day before, and not being able to sleep I was looking for places that offered the services.

All Pets at Peace was the choice because initially the distance and a professional website that didn't hide any extra hidden charges.

We knew by 6am that he was not improving and getting worse and that he would be going to a better place free from pain, discomfort I rechecked the website again to get the contact details.

Brian was amazing on the phone, fully understood and gave us a personalised time slot to arrive.

Upon arrival, Brian was waiting outside and directed us to the parking spot before showing us to the family room, whilst he took care of Revan.

Brian did an amazing job at taking us to the happy memory we had over the last 10 and a bit year with Revan as well as talking to use about the process.

I would highly recommend anyone who as just had to make the hardest decision to contemplate using his services.

The location is set in a beautifully well kept location that as memorial trees and a pond with out door seating and indoor seating.

The extras are open to see, these come in the form of luxury urns to place the ashes, we chose an Husky memorial urn which now takes pride place in the location that our Revan always wanted to go, the fire half.

I can not thank Brian enough for being there in our darkest hour and played a special part in sending off our Revan.

Sadly we’ve had to call upon Brian’s services twice over the last 2 years for our elderly cats to be given an individual cremation. Although it is a very sad time & extremely upsetting Brian somehow has a way of dealing with you that makes the experience less stressful. He’s truly a wonderful, caring & compassionate man whom we can’t thank enough.

We recently lost our dog Prince the chihuahua on 02/01/2024 we came to Brian who is such a lovely guy who took very good care of my boy and gave me and my family such a good send off for Prince during such a hard time. Thankyou very much anyone who comes here is in such good hands

Brian all I can say is thank you. I had to have my stevie (black lab) put to sleep on Friday 22nd December. Honestly didn’t know what to do and had to leave him at the vets feeling very confused and sad. On Sunday 24th December I was given Brian’s contact details. With it being Christmas Eve I emailed not expecting to hear anything back. Within an hour Brian had emailed saying when the vets were open we could arrange everything. Wednesday came arranged everything with Brian only for the vets to inform me that stevie has been collected early that morning by another company. After a lot of messing about I got my boy to Brian late Wednesday afternoon and was able to collect his ashes this morning. Amazing service carried out with no pressure but with so much care and compassion I can’t begin to describe. Once again Brian thank you. Stevie is home in his final resting place thanks to you. You made this little bit of the last 14 years the easiest it could be.

When we lost our beautiful little Sally dog at home on Christmas Day night, we had no idea what to do next. With our vets closed and the Out of Hours vets only offering a "drop off" service, we turned to the internet and found the wonderful All Pets At Peace and Brian. The website "talked" to us and when we messaged Brian at 7am Boxing Day morning, he couldn't have been more supportive. By 11am we were in his lovely family room, where Brian explained the process and then kept us "entertained" for the hour so that we could leave with Sallys ashes from her individual cremation. I can't recommend Brian highly enough!

We sadly lost both our 11 year old Rabbits within two and half weeks of each other. Having quickly looked around and reading various reviews we decided on All Pets at Peace.
I phoned Brian late afternoon when our first Rabbit passed away (25th November). He was very caring and understanding and offered his services that evening, if we could get there in time..... thankfully we could.
From arrival to leaving, I cannot thank Brian enough. He was caring, compassionate and very understanding. Having had to go through this process himself, he clearly appreciates the pain and sadness that pet owners have when they lose part of the family.
I would absolutely recommend All Pets at Peace. I couldn't have wished for a better service to send our little girls on to Bunny Heaven..... thank you Brian!!

Brian was amazing through every step of the process of having my mums cat cremated yesterday, and two of my cats cremated over the last couple of years. I would never consider taking my beloved pets anywhere else when the sad time comes. Brian offers a down to earth, honest and truly thoughtful service to grieving owners and each time has made us laugh and smile, despite our deep sadness, with his stories. He is thorough and truthful about the process and will answer any questions you may have. I honestly can not rate this lovely man and his service highly enough. 5 stars does not do any justice to the service he provides at all! The fact that we were able to take our cats in each time, with very little notice to Brian, spend time with them in their calming goodbye room, wait in their lovely waiting room (with Brian offering support and engaging stories) while the cremation takes place, then take our pet home where they belong is priceless and offered my mum, myself and my husband great comfort. Thank you endlessly for your amazing work Brian ❤️❤️

Having lost one of our beloved cats in an unfortunate accident we contacted Brian as we live quite close to.his establishment.

After a short phone call, we took Cecil over and Brian explained the protocol, giving us time to peruse the options available to us. Any stress was removed by Brian's friendly, confident manner and we were told the process would take an hour. LIving so close and because the weather was not good, we came home though the tranquil setting of All Pets At Peace would have been perfect to sit and contemplate the loss at warmer times of the year.

An hour later, we returned and Brian explained the paperwork, giving us a certificate and poem, which we were told to read later that day. It is a beautiful sentiment and the whole experience was excellent (given the sad nature of the service).

Would definitely recommend All Pets at Peace to anyone who wants to avoid the horrors of Veterinary methods (the freezing, waiting and uncertainty of receipt sound awful!). Brian is a truly caring individual and when we next have a tradgedy in our animal world, we will be back.

Brian gave us a warm calm welcoming on arrival, made saying goodbye to our Alfie so much easier & gave us some helpful advice. The service they provide is excellent & comforting.

literally minutes ago left brians..... 9.44pm on thursday 23rd November my heart was left empty by the loss of my Taz. I didnt know about brian when i left my boy at the vets ! i was told he would be there for 5 days then transported all the way to cambridge from lincoln to be cremated then i would get him back 10 days later.... for two days i was in pieces and restless not knowing what was happening to my baby, i even asked if i could attend his cremation and was told it didnt really happen, when i heard about brian and called him. within 2 hrs of speaking i had collected my boy and gone to brians. i was met at the gate by brian instantly feeling at ease and giving my dog who gave me the best 15 yrs the send off he deserved. brian was very open and genuine, and his passion and love for his own animals showed in the affection he gave to my best friend. I sat there for just over a hour and left with taz to take him home.............. thank you brian i owe you the world
