Free shipping on Back orders is HUGE and your CSR's are terrific. The fact that you base our discount on ALL parts we purchase not specific manufacturers is is amazing as well. It's obvious that Partstown could learn a few things about customer care from you all. To be honest I told them that. we used to always receive our orders next day if ordered by a certain time and shipping costs were reasonable. Now it takes longer and costs more.

I always want parts to come from New Jersey and ship only FED EX. So I see the parts I want are in stock in New Jersey and I add a note to the order SHIP ONLY FEDEX !!!!!!!!!!. Only from New Jersey !!!!!!!!!
But it doesn't make any difference. It will go out of Chicago UPS and instead of getting it in one or two days it will arrive in 3 to 4 and sometimes 5 days. Very frustrating ! I don't know why UPS is so slow to my area? But they are!

I ordered a part 3 weeks ago, emailed the company 3 times to find out what’s the status of it, never got a response, my customer canceled on me, really bad service, CANCEL THE ORDER please!!!
Ordered parts on May 31 2022. Still have not received them. I'm not happy about this but my customer is really unhappy.

Web sites as parts Town have an easy way to purchase and ship to Mexico, if I pay today, they ship it to Mexico the next day. The shipping cost is only $45 usd.
With you, I've tried both requesting a quote with the shipping cost and purchasing directly through the website and for both ways it takes a long long time. Because they need to place the shipping cost. If I send an email today, if I'm lucky, they will reply in 3 days and with incomplete information.
That's bad because you have great prices, however if I need the part, I'd rather purchase it expensive than wait for a reply.

Had some trouble getting logged in to the site, but the nice lady that answered the phone got the whole issue taken care of in about 10 minutes, and boom! I was off and running.
I did note that your On - Line catalogue is often difficult to find things on. Would still like to receive a regular catalogue yearly, it makes finding the part numbers MUCH easier...as it works now I have to switch over to Parts Town, get the part number then come back and look up the part. A lot of wasted time, but other than that, NO ISSUES!!
Joy was very helpful and kind. I can’t wait to receive my order.
